I'm so mad of UPS lost my cookware
I was so happy found this cookware with fair price, just can't help myself to check on the shipping status everyday when package was shipped, I can't believed that last time I checked on my shippment status was *Delivered* on the June 21 2012 at 3:39pm. I was home all day that by the window waiting for shippment was no sign of UPS truck at all ! USP delivered to the wrong place!!! I'm so mad and also I'm very pleased Overstock gave me a full refound with no question asked , I'm sad because this item is out of stock. I hope whoever got my cookware out there burn their fingers when they use it. everytime!

Excellent
Was excited to get this cookware set. They look very nice and cook very well. Since metal is not to be used on them I immediately got rid of my metal utensils and switched to wooden ones. Do use a lower heat for everything you cook, it is a learning experience sometimes I set the temperature too low, I am learning! Love this set and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent quality pans!
I love these pans! The only negative thing I can say about the set is that the lids aren't glass and therefore you can't see what you're cooking, but other than that, they are exactly what I wanted! (The lid situation is clearly my fault as well, as the picture shows the lids and I just wasn't paying attention).
