Very happy, so far so good. The toaster was packaged like new. I'd bet it wasn't used at all. Perhaps ordered and returned??? But, not used. I didn't know what to expect. This is my first time ordering anything used/refurb. and I don't have any regret s thus far.

This toaster was very nice for the price. All toasters have their quirks, but this one seems to be much better than the average on the market.

The value on this toaster is very good-great price. So far, the performance is good-still getting used to the settings. It's very nice to have seperate settings for the two sides. The other thing I really like is being able to remove the crumb trays to clean. I'm very satisfied.

We love this toaster. It looks nice, is easy to figure out the settings, works well and is very quiet and smooth when you put the toast levers down. A quality product at a great price.

This toaster can only toast bread sized toast. Bagels, and other, wider breads do not fit. It is made of plastic and appears to be mass produced with bad workmanship. Not very durable. It would work for toast for children, but not something I would want displayed in my kitchen.

Loved the color black, so glad I found it on overstock. Love the thaw feature on it so you can cook toast from frozen bread and that it fits muffins and bagels. Everywhere else had red which I didn't care for.

I couldn't believe the deal I got. A great taoster at a great price. Only took a few days to recieve as well. we even received up-promise points!

Took some time to get used to settings, but now is great.

This toaster has a few design flaws. There are two backlit circles that show the darkness settings, always illuminated and difficult to see fully unless viewed straight on (from counter height). And the owner's manual is insistent about unplugging the toaster between uses. If the manufacturer really wants the toaster un-powered between uses, why wasn't it built with an on/off switch?

I've been searching for a 4 slice - black toaster reasonable in price. This product satisfied all of my requirements, it has a nice appearance and actually works great.

The toaster is working fine. It is worth the money. The only problem is, there is a scratch or flaw in the finish that I wish wasn't there. It is very noticeable. Otherwise, everything else is fine. I would recommend this product.

as always, overstock's shipping and packaging procedures are very good. Quick delivery. The toaster is good, but it's a toaster after all. We chose it because of the style and that it does a great job on bagels. We are very happy with our purchase in those regards.

The Toaster arrived fast and packaged well. The price was great. I have only used it for a short time but is seems to work well. The only downside is that the slots for the toast is not wide enough.

We love this toaster! It looks beautiful in our kitchen and it toasts perfectly. We love all the settings and features. Once you determine the right setting for you you'll have perfect toast every time.

This toaster was not improved in the refurbishing. None of the ports toast evenly on both sides and a couple of them scarcely toast at all on one side. The pop-up mechanisms are also poor, not even strong enough to bring 1/2 of a bagel all the way to the top. I love most of my purchases from Overstock, but I would strongly advise against this one. Nice look, terrible performance. I am sending it back.

This toaster does an exellent job of toasting regular sliced bread and english muffins as well as bagels. A very good feature is the cancel button, if you change your mind about how dark you may want your toast to be.

Very attractive toaster. Works great, toast a little darker on one side then the other, but I don't really mind. The slots are a little larger then the last toaster I had, which allows for bagles hassel free, no more messy squeezing. I like how you can toast just 2 slices at a time with out all four slots heating up. All and All I am very happy with my new toaster, works great!

The toaster arrived in record time. It looks like brand new and is operating great. I was very happy to find it because it matches my coffee maker (black and stainless). I had a very positive first exprience with Overstock.com.
