It's great! I love it! It makes processing huge amounts of humous so easy. I've also used it for shredding Brussel sprouts--want the recipe?--which took ALL of the drudgery out of making this dish. Oh, and making my secret recipe pastry--super results! The only negative thing is the cleaning. I guess that'll be solved when I purchase a couple of soft brushes. Thanks.
