Excellent product. Runs fast and very quiet. This machine is powerful and completes jobs in a very short amount of time. I would reccomend this product. The only reason I marked it down on durability and Workmanship is the fact it is a recent purchase. Kw.

I have used the processor for both yeast dough and pastry dough.I was very pleased with both the results and ease of its preformance.Also very good on mencing,etc.As it is heavy I have made room for it on my counter top where it will be more accessable.I do find the cleaning of the upper sleeve hard to do as it doesn't completely come apart, but have managed.I would recommend this product if you are looking for a heavy duty processor.

Thus far, I'm very happy with this Cuisinart. It seems to be powerful enough, well made, looks good and was a great price.I make baby food for our young twins with it and it copes easily with large quantities of sweet potato and carrot. The slicing and grating blades work very well also....

I LOVE this appliance. Today, I used it to make Thai food which requires alot of chopping and uniformity of vegetables for attractiveness and ease of preparing. It reduced my time in half, and the plating of the food was beautiful.Although the price was the same at the Cuisinart website, I chose Overstock b/c of the great customer service, the ease and cost of shipping, and confidence overall in shopping at Overstock, which I have for years.Great product, and if you love to cook as I do, it is a wonderful asset in the working kitchen. Yep- only a few months until Christmas and I was shopping early! Found a great deal at Overstock.com on a food processor which my daughter asked for. I think it will be just what she wants when the big day comes. The other reviewers tipped me over the edge to make the purchase. Thanks for the needed information when it's time to make a purchase of something I have never used myself, those reviews really help.

It took us a while to figure out how to make it turn on (because we weren't "locking it into place" correctly) But, boy, oh boy! Once we got it going it was amazing.! We did all our Thanksgiving cooking using the Cuissinart processor, which saved us lots of time and physical effort. Well worth the investment!

This is a great product. I have had so much fun doing different things. Had trouble at first but it is great now.

I have already used the food processor to make cookies and pizza dough. It runs much quieter than I expected, was easy to use and wash. I am looking forward to using it this fall when I am canning vegetables from our garden.

much quieter than my last food processor. the chopping blade is sharp and serrated, so it should stay sharp for a longer period of time. nice cd with ideas about how to use.

I bought this food processor to chop almonds for almond paste. It chopped them to a floury consistency and worked beautifully. I have used it for pie crust and cream puffs also and love it for both. It is great for slicing and shredding and is easy to use and keep clean. I love it.

This machine is wonderful. It's simple design makes it easy to use. Clean up is so quick and easy that I keep it on my countertop and use it for more things than I thought I would. I recommend this machine highly.
