I own this type myself and bought it for my daughter in law who plans to make baby food with it. I love the product; i have never had a problem. I think Cuisinart makes a good product and I buy their itmes it based on trust.; so far I have not been disappointed. It's a good brand.

This is top line prodect and used one for many years however, plastic top required replacement and the parts expense, shipping & handling charges were more than half the cost of new. Decided to go new.

We first decided which food processor we wanted without regard to price. After checking a popular consumer advice magazine and deciding which brand and model we wanted we visited local stores including the big name membership only.By far the best deal was from Overstock. After using the food processor we are very pleased with our choice of appliance and retailer.

This is the only kitchen appliance I have ever had that I love - I ran it overtime and it does nothing but AMAZE me! It does everything it says it can and more! Love it!
