Medical Secretary Makes great coffee. Did not receive the paper filters or the cleaning brush as stated on the carton. Has a permanent filter so no problem there but would have liked to have had the cleaning brush. Overall a great product if you like freshly ground coffee.

Hello susan, this takes about 5 minutes to brew a full pot. There is no heated resivore but your coffee will stay hot in the thermal carafe. Have agreat day!
