I loved this coffee maker--everything about it. The problem is I put it in service the first of October, and it had stopped working by the middle of November. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$$$$.

I recently purchased this unit for its features & appearance. After 2 days of using this coffee maker, and trying to keep an open mind, I realize I just dont like this coffee maker. The water guage is hard to see - you have to look into a deep dark space to try to read numbers printed in the water chamber ; the grinder collects condensation which has to be cleaned out & dried between uses; once brewed, the coffee does not pour out easily: I thought maybe the lid was not on correctly because the coffee dribbles out so slowly. And the lid is difficult to open & close - it does not have a nice feeling grip. I would not recommend this product at all.

Very nice machine. Coffee taste great. I am not a fan of how it pours. Overall I do love the way my coffee taste.

I already had a cuisinart coffee pot. I love it and the coffee is delicious. I purchased this as a gift because everyone loves our coffee

Machined works as advertised. Stainless Steel Carafe is very nice. Takes a bit of work to clean between brews as the steam rises into the grinder.

We love the coffee we make with this coffeemaker. You really can't beat freshly ground beans, and the ability for the coffee to be ready when you are all make this a great product. My only complaint is that it takes me about 8-10 minutes to clean the unit between pots. The main problem is cleaning and drying the grinding portion of the unit. It requires a little bit of scrubbing and the unit needs to be dried before adding the fresh beans to the chamber. Despite this inconvenience, I love this coffeemaker. It looks great and keeps the coffee warm for hours (though I do recommend heating the carafe if you like your coffee really hot). All in all, a great product and do heartily recommend it.

I purchased one of these for my husband for Christmas. He is addicted to good coffee and it was the hit gift of the season. He informed me the other day that I have spoiled him for future coffee pots. Never again will he buy a machine that doesn't grind the beans fresh. The thermal pot is great and keeps the coffee hot for hours without having it setting on a hot plate. Keeps the coffee very flavorful without the stale over cooked taste.

We put this in our master bedroom bathroom, and every morning the grinder wakes us up, and once the coffee is made, the scent of fresh ground coffee is our snooze alarm. Excellent item that we hope to last us many years.

THerre are a lot of pieces that have to be wasshed each time. Also the thermos works really well when you pre warm it, which also takes time.

Even though I was originally skeptical about purchasing a refurbished product I am now 100% sold on the quality. The price was unbeatable and I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I really like this coffee pot I have purchased two of them. The problem is the top. It breaks and you have coffee everywhere expect in the pot. I love the thermal pot. The clean up after every brew is a little annoying as well. I like it but after two years I am in the market for a new pot.

I bought this coffeemaker 5 years ago and I can no longer use the programming feature because the water leaks out when it sits overnight. The best I can do is get the carafe, filter and coffee ready, then in the morning put the water in. Unfortunately the warranty is no longer valid, and I don't feel like spending a lot of $ on a new one.

I bought this as a gift for my sister after purchasing one for myself. It makes great coffee, and it stays hot for hours in the thermal carafe. I looked all over the internet for a refurbished one (same as I have - and no problems!) and finally found it here - a huge savings compared to department stores.
