This is a refurbished item.
Pros: brews coffee in good time
grinds very well,
can be stopped in mid brew to pour a cup,
coffee tastes good,
pot keeps coffee hot
Cons : coffee pours very slow from the pot,
the pot has a narrow opening making it difficult to clean

We love the way it looks in the kitchen and it works well. The only problem is the coffee is never hot enough. I pour a cup and then have to microwave it for 20 or 30 seconds.
Other then the temp issue we love it!

This is our 2nd. Cuisinart DGB-600BCFR Grind and Brew 10 cup coffee maker with gold tone filter. The coffee maker is very efficient and having a metal coffee pot maintains warmth and defeats breaking a glass cannister. Our first is still in perfect service and the second is used for our business.
