Cuisinart DFP-14 Stainless Steel I own one already and purchased this as a gift for my daughter. she was overjoyed and started using it right away. She made piza dough, sliced all the veggies for it and puréed the sauce in the processor, she made salsa and grated the cheese and shredded zucchini for baking bread. Now she has it home with her and her boys are coming up with all sorts of recipe ideas for her to try out. I recommend this model highly. It is virtually noise free, smooth operating, easy to clean and very handsome on the counter top. I bought the accessoriy case to hold the blades and disks too. The price was very good and this isn't a refurbished machine. It has a three year warranty too. I only wish there was a more diverse and larger quantity of recipes in the small booklet that comes with it.

Cuisinart DFP-14 When I have used this and so far only a couple of times, it did everything really great! I feel all food processors are a bit overwhelming, but if u just jump in and do it, I know I would feel better about it. I like the flexibility it gives me for any recipe big or small.

No dough Blade I did a lot of research, and read the description before ordering, but was surprised to find that there was no separate dough blade. I suppose this is why it was cheaper than some sites, but the description said "Stainless steel chopping/mixing blade AND dough blade", which would lead a person to think that they were getting it included, as it is in most of the sites I went to. I regard this is rather false advertising.

This will be my 2nd Cuisinart Food Processor. I had my old Cuisinart Food Processor for over 19 years. I used it for EVERYTHING, from bread dough to grinding beef to canning tomatoes to cutting onions to grating cheese to slicing potatoes/cucumbers/tomatoes etc. Cuisinart makes great products....I am sure that sometimes, as with all manufacturers, there is a 'Lemon', but I haven't found one yet with the Cuisinart Food Processor. What I have found is that when someone has a problem with a Cuisinart, it is generally that someone.
