As usual I received in a timely manner and just what I was expecting to get. Top rate proformance!

The coffee maker is great the only reason I gave it four stars because the handle was a little chip.

We ordered this for our Mom and had it shipped directly to her front door! She was both surprised and delighted! She uses it everyday and loves the coffee it brews. Thank you for your quick ship and quality product. This is just another example of why we shop at the big "O"!

This coffeepot is easy to set up and program, and meets all its promotional expectations. I did think it was going to have an adjustable temperature on the burner for hotter coffee, but that is the only disappointment. Overall a great product for the money.

I am so happy to have a coffee pot that doesn't leak from the bottom, pours without leaking all over the counter and makes hot coffee! But I ordered a white coffee pot and received a yellowish white one instead. I liked the way the pot worked and ended up keeping it despite the discoloration. The only drawback about keeping it is the chances are pretty good that I'll end up replacing it sooner than later because of the discoloration.
