I gave this oven to my daughter for a gift and she commented on loving the controls; easy to see and use. The size fit perfectly in the space she has, meaning it serves her purposes without taking up a lot of room.

Too hot!!!
This Cuisinart toaster oven performs well, but its outside becomes dangerously hot when in use. If you touch any part of it except the handle, you're in trouble. As I write, I have a huge blistered burn on my arm. Buyer beware.

great toaster
This is my first review for overstock.com. I received this toaster 4 days after ordering. Although it says refurbished, upon opening the box, I do not see any visual defects. We toasted bread the second morning. The toast was wonderful, crispy outside but still moist inside. I have also made some BBQ meat with this oven, it cooks faster than my big oven. With no sales tax and $12 cheaper than my local *****, I think this is a great buy.
