Not happy w/ the product This was a disappointment....it doesn't have the power necessary to do what I would like a hand blender to do. It doesn't puree soups or smoothies to the desired consistency. The plastic cup cracked after two uses. It is a hassle to keep this thing charged up 24/7----a waste of electricity. I've used it two or three times and wish I could return it.....the one I have w/ the cord is much more efficient, was a lot cheaper and is just a better product.

"As this item is equipped with Ni Cad’s ( Nickel –Cadmium) batteries, the discharge rate (loss of power) if removed from the charger is approximately 10% in the first 24 hours and an additional 10% every thirty days thereafter.
