This is a great looking toaster, heavy and nicely made. The dials are easy to read and it toasts evenly. I am very happy and the pricing is great on this item.

even remanufactured is quality

surprisingly good despite being a remanufactured product. works well and much less expensive than retail new kitchenaid products.
