We love buying Cuisinart products and have always been more than satisfied. However, we bought this item refurbished online, and within 2 weeks the knob broke off. When we received the item it also had a few dents/scratches on it. The item also does not seem to toast very evenly between the two sides. One side toasts perfectly, and the other side doesn't toast at all. We were very dissatisfied with the fact that a "refurbished item" would break so quickly.

This toaster sure matches my kitchen, but I have never had a toaster make worse toast. One side gets done, the other is burnt. Not a good balance.

This product matches the Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen. Very classy product, with a name brand to match! It looks as if it might have been "used" and "cleaned" as there was a scrubbing scratch on the top. But, it would have only been a matter of time before I did the same thing myself, I'm sure. It does not detract from the overall beauty of this product. And the flexibility of having toast, bagels, etc., makes up for any slight appearance issue. Thank you, Overstock.com!

It doesn't toast. The pop-up function is half working. The toast is not really warm. Waste of money.

The toaster looks fine, but doesn't toast evenly and can't get a correct setting

This is a sharp looking toaster (at the store). It sells for 75-80 dollars at my local retailer. I was excited to get one refurbished for such a great deal on Overstock.com. I have purchased refurbished from Overstock before and have always been pleased. However this toaster arrived with dents and scratches. Also the toasting is only satisfactory. I think it tends to over toast/burn unless you use it on the lowest setting. Even after a month it stills smells hot and metallic when in use. I really love the style of this toaster but for the price I don¿t think it works better than my last ¿cheap¿ toaster from the big box store. Also I was disappointed with the dents and scratches.

We have used this many different ways with different premium breads and muffins and have found it to provide excellent results!! We are very, very pleased and highly recommend this toaster to anyone who desires to achieve better results from their toaster. Excellent price and value. Very attractive as well.

This refurbished Cuisinart 4-slice toaster worked perfectly from the first time I plugged it in. Both sides toast evenly each and every time. The finish and design are beautiful and I would highly recommend.

Love it! Looks good and works perfectly. Nice addition to my kitchen. I bought the stainless and it matches perfectly with my appliances.

I owned this toasters' previous model for 6 years. When it quit working I was wishing there was a fix it shop, but of course in this day and age there is not. I sadly threw it away. When shopping for a new one I was very hesitant to spend the $100 the department stores wanted for it. Then I found it on Overstock. I had never purchased "refurbished" and was leery of doing so. It arrived just as promised and looks to be brand new. While it is updated from my previous version, it looks and works fantastic. The settings are easier to see and all sizes of bread fit inside. I am very pleased with it. For 1/2 the price I couldn't be happier. I reserved one star for longevity, and there is no way to tell about that yet. I highly recommend this product, and Overstock.com of course!

Looks like those great toasters in a 50's diner... great look, fantastic price and terrific toast plus it is Cuisinart... can't go wrong.

Came in perfect condition, works great and loving it!

It may seem like a lot to pay for a toaster, but it is worth it. The slots are big enough to evenly toast a bagel. PLUS it looks GREAT with the rest of my stainless appliances. Cuisinart just doesn't make a bad kitchen appliance.

Work out great mom loves it!! She loves the appearance being all stainless steel. Delivery went smooth.

I love my toaster it is easy for the kids to use. The out side of the toaster does not get to hot. I am one who usually hides my toaster and can opener but this one looks good. Easy to keep clean!!!!

This is an excellent toaster. Do not hesitate to buy it.
