Product works fine, just disappointed in myself for not reading what color this toaster was prior to purchasing. I thought it was stainless, instead its white, so it doesn't match my kitchen. I fixed this by keeping the toaster in a cupboard.

I was reluctant to order a refurbished toaster but I'm glad I took the chance. The toaster works wonderful and the price was great for this brand and being 4-slice.Browns toast evenly on both sides. YEA ! Also has a defrost, we used for frozen waffles. To my surprise not only did it defrost but toasted it at the same time.

I love this toaster! I bought the first one and was so impressed that I have bought two more for family members who love it also. I also love Overstock.com and the great quality items that are offered at great prices----keep it up!

This toaster has not worked well since I received it. The settings don't seem to have any effect at all on the bread. It will toast one side and not the other, reagardless of which slot you use. This week I finally had to put it to rest as it nearly started my kitchen on fire. I put in 2 slices of bread, ran to the bedroom, came back to a kitchen full of smoke, fire alarms going off and bread so burned it started to make the papertowels I used to pull it out with, turn brown and smoke! I had it on setting 2. :( I no longer have the receipt to return it. My advice, don't purchase any refurbished toasters, ever.

The only problem I have with this toaster is that the lights stay on all the time when plugged in. In the past I've always left my toaster plugged in ready to use - I don't do that with this toaster - if the lights are always on it's using electricity - which may seem minimal but it all adds up. Other than that its a good toaster. The slots are nice and wide for thicker slices of bread or muffins. The controls are accurate - we get just the right amount of browning on both sides of the bread. We've had it for over a year now and have seen no problems, other than the lights.

I have purchased 3 different Cuisinart products as refurbished from O.co that looked and worked like brand new out of the box. I have used this Toaster for 8 months without failure and easy to clean out with the crumb trays that slide out.

The only reason I even considered getting a refurbished toaster was because it was a Cuisinart to start with. I love the cool touch and the touchpad is very convenient also. The only thing I miss that my old toaster had was a warning bell that let you know the toast was almost ready. I miss that feature alot.

I purchased this toaster because my old Cuisinart 4-slice Toaster gave up after approx 10 yrs of use. Although refurbished; I have purchased many refurbished items from O.com, and never been disappointed. Toaster arrived appearing as new condition, works great; toasts evenly on both sided and is a cinch to operate. Very Pleased with purchase.

We've had this toaster for a year & are about to throw it out & buy a new one. It does not toast evenly, burning parts and leaving others barely toasted. We're disappointed with this product, expecting better performance from the Cuisinart brand.

After I bought this toaster, I found a cheaper one for sale in ****. The one in **** is a black color, but it is a brand new one. The one I bought from Overstock was a refurbished toaster. So far, it works pretty well. I'll still recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good toaster to buy. That's why I gave a 4-stars rating for this product.
