I was happy to find this model of toaster at Overstock. My son had enjoyed using a roommate's, and was thrilled to get his own. Too soon to tell if the refurbishing did all well, but so far, he's had no problems. Like the variable grip the toaster has for slim to wide breads!

I used this toaster for several months now. It remains one of my best kitchenware purchases from Overstock.com. In additional to notable savings, the quality of their "refurbished" items is better than acceptable. The function and look of this multi-setting, brand product is excellent. This toaster has settings for bagels, defrost, re-heat, with 9 heat settings. Perfect for my needs & wishes for a toaster!

I have owned the toaster for about a month. We have only used the basic toast function. The toast is evenly browned. The toaster has a darkness scale of 1-10, 1 being lightest. We have to keep it at 3, or it burns. I am content with the job it's doing.

this is a great toaster. It does what it's supposed to do---toast. It also defrost and then toasts--bonus. Plus, it looks good. What's not to like? Saw it in a shop and it was $10.00 more than Overstock's price. Good deal.
