You can't go wrong with Cuisinart. Even though they are known for their food processors, this kitchen giant has branched out into the world of coffeemakers with style, grace, and expertise. This coffeemaker is gorgeous, easy to use, and makes a perfect cup of coffee. It has also cured a problem with plastic coffeemakers -- they get discolored and moldy. Not a problem with this stainless steel water holder. I love the shape, the convenience and the artful design in my kitchen.

I bought this for my husband's office, as his died, but when it got here, I decided to keep in for myself and give him my old one that he was more familiar with. The Cuisinart has more features than he'd want to bother with, but I personally like things like carbon filters, and the temp. select for the warming pad, etc. It's attractive, easy to use, and makes perfect coffee. I purchased a refurbished one, and saved a lot of money, and it came packaged just like a new one, with all the paperwork, and plastic bags, etc. I love it!

I have nad this coffee maker for 2 years and it is still going strong! It makes a great cup of coffee every time and does not scorch the coffee even if you let it stay on for the full 4 hours. Easy to use and clean, and you never have to buy filters. Could not ask for more.

this coffeemaker should satisfy even the most particular coffee enthusiast. Once you set the multi features to brew your specific choice, it continues to brew consistantly. I particularly like the ability to choose the final brewed coffee temperature. If you like a truly hot cup of coffee, this coffemaker is for you. The internal water filter further enhances the purity of coffee flavor. The auto timer is a plus as is having an adjustable "on" time.

I love this thing. It has a pretty small footprint, so it takes up much less space on my countertop than my previous coffee maker. It makes great coffee fairly quickly and you have the ability to decide how hot you want your carafe to be once it's brewed. I'm already a fan of cuisinart coffee makers, but this one definitely takes the cake!

I bought this coffee maker for my mother, who refused it, because it had been refurbished. Well, I kept it for myself. I love the way it looks. It makes a great cup of coffee. The kids love the fact that if they are making me a pot, they don't have to filter the water first. (cuz that takes extra time) I think my favorite feature is that you can choose how hot you want your coffee. I have it on Medium and it is still way hotter than the coffee that I got in my Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. I also love that you can program how long you want the coffeemaker to stay on before it switches off. I have always wished that my old coffeemaker would stay on longer than 2 hours. Another great feature is that it doesn't take as many coffee grounds to make the coffee the same strength, so I am saving money!

This refurbished machine is a good deal compared to paying full price at the store. The only thing on mine that showed it was refurbished was that it was missing the gold tone permanent filter and it has a couple of scratches on the lid - nothing too noticeable. It works very well and I am very happy with it so far!

This coffeemaker does everything we want and more, like variable heat control for the heat plate, special setting for making small amounts of coffee. It takes less coffee grounds to make a good cup of coffee than our old Bunn. The timer is easy to set and works well. Only two difficulties, the coffee basked doesn't set up so it is difficult to hold the grinder and dump the coffee into the basket. The second is it is awkward trying to pour the water into the water jacket. The plusses outweigh the negatives by far! The price was great and item in perfect condition.

This coffee maker looks great. We had alot of trouble with the filter cartridge the first few times we used it-which cause the coffee maker to over flow and plug. Once we removed the filter it seems to work fine.

this coffee machine had everything i wanted and nothing extra that i would never use. loved how easy it was to brew, clean and program. made great coffee. about a year later one morning went to make coffee just as i always do and it just stopped working. not sure if the refurbished part had quit again or what. too bad cause i bought my mom one and now i'm worried her's is gonna die soon too.

Perfect match for a stainless kitchen and it looks good enough to where I leave it out on the counter all the time. I was skeptical about buying a refurb (so I got the extended warranty too), but I've had this unit for 15 months now and it's wonderful! I like that it has a carbon filter to help clean the water a bit more (even though I already used filtered water- makes a taste difference). It is quick to do a 10-cup pot. I suggest buying a reusable gold-tone filter for it- coffee tastes better and it's better for the environment not to throw out all those cheesey paper filters. The program function has been such a convenience. We can schedule it to go off whenever and it's easy enough to change as often as needed when work schedules change. I'd buy this again- you can't beat the functionality, quality, and price!

Finally! A coffee pot that doesn't drip all over the counter! And the coffee tastes great!

I love this coffeemaker. I am picky about my coffee and I used to buy from coffee shops all the time. I decided to buy a coffeemaker to save some money and it has definitely been worth it. I think my coffee at home tastes better than most coffee places... I looked around a lot before deciding on this product, if you are doing the same, save yourself the time. This is a great product. Since it is refurbished, you might get one with a few quirks but for this price, this is definitely the best thing you can buy.

I bought this coffeemaker for personal use. Sad to say, my old $12 Proctor Silex makes better coffee than this unit. The Cuisinart looks nice, but pouring water into the reservoir is awkward, and the water levels are hard to read at the lower end. The "coffe done" beep does not work. I will be sending this back to Overstock for a refund.

I love this coffee pot. I have been looking for a new coffee pot for a while and as usual my desirers and my budget were in disagreement. The refurbished coffee pot fit nicley into my budget, so I decided it was worth giving it a try. I knew that Overstock would take care of it if there was a problem. When my coffee pot arrive I was very happily surprised, It looks brand new, not a scratch or any other tell tale sign that it was anything but NEW. Works great, makes great coffee andI like all of the features this model offers.

Not sure on the durability of this item b/c I have only had it for 1 month. So far so good. Runs like new. Wish the carafe was in stainless steel as pictured instead of glass, lid is a little tricky to get off. The manufacturers warranty information sticker is torn off. Not warrantied after 60 days. Otherwise great product, fast convenient shipping!!!!

Very good product new. This is the second refurbished one tha I purchased. The first got all five stars on ratings but this one is not as perfect. The lid does not close properly. Who ever did the refurbishing did not pay attention to detail.

I got this for my birthday about 7 months ago. It works well, although it's not stainless steel, as noted in the description of this item. However, I've been happy with it.I purchased one for my parents for Christmas. This one is stainless steel; however, it has a small dent on the side with some scratches - I guess since it's refurbished. But I would liked to have known that before purchasing it as a gift. I suggest that you purchase it for your own use cuz you never know what you're gonna get...

The coffee pot does what it is supposed to do - make great coffee, and in a short period of time. The coffee warmer plate is adjustable, so you can choose to have really hot coffee, or something not so hot. It has all the bells and whistles you would want in a coffee pot, and they all seem to work.
