Solid machine..great HOT coffee well worth the investment..only drawback it didn't come with a permenant filter...Paper filters ruin flavor...get a permenant gold filter

This new updated model is a winner. All of the small annoyances have been solved, such as the small fill tank opening, the dripping cover that leaked back into the fill tank.The front knobs on the front are now also easier to see and use.

We bought this coffee maker to replace the BUNN in our office. We make one pot of coffee per day, five days a week. This coffee maker worked wonderful for 9 months, then it just quit! It was definately not overused, or abused, just not very durable. Save your money buy a cheap throw-away instead!

This is a great coffee maker. Easy to use, lots of features and looks great sitting on the counter.

This has been a perfect coffe maker,makes coffee quick, and most of all when you pour your coffee it doen't make a mess. It also looks nice on the counter top.

This coffeemaker is terrific. Makes wonderful coffee and it stays warm for a good time. It came in great condition and was simple to get things up and brewing. Easy to clean. I haven't used the other features, like the timer starter. It takes 10min. for the14 cups to brew, which is fine for me.

This coffee maker makes excellent coffee. I think the charcoal filter really makes a difference in the taste. The unit is easy to use and program. I would highly recommend the unit.

I have always been a Braun coffeemaker fan, but I needed more than a 10 cupper. This machine makes very good coffee and 14 cups. I would buy again.

The 14cup model is the perfect size for my family of 6. The coffee brewing time is short, the temperature is very hot, & the timer is very easy to use. It is easy to clean & the size of the unit fits nicely on my counter without being bulky & taking up too much room.
