I purchased the black and chrome for decor (matches other appliances) purposes because the white will turn yellow and the red simply will not match anything in my kitchen. I am extremely pleased with my decision. This wonderful little beauty replaces: 1. A giant GE clunker from the mid-70s, one of the first food processors which still works but is just too heavy and cumbersome to get out to use; 2. A very large blender which is wonderful and crushes ice; and 3. A B&D mini-food chopper, that was a total waste of money. Well, all three go to a storage room in basement. Wow, so much room on my shelves in the kitchen now. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is that I can't also store the slicing/shredding blade in the food processor while the bottom blade is there - and you have to add a tiny little 2-inch tube to accommodate the slicing/shredder. If you LOSE THAT PIECE, the food processor WILL NOT WORK for the said slicer/shredder. I have taped it to the slicer/shredder and placed it inside the top blender section when not in use. That's pretty inconvenient but I really like my new treasure. And at 350 watts, it's near the same motor size as the old clunker. It also is much heavier and larger than I expected, but look at all it replaces. 5-Stars.

I ordered the blender on monday and received it on tuesday. My husband asked me to make him a smoothie so we could test the blender out. After reading the reviews, I was reluctant to purchase the combo because a lot of people said that it was extremely loud. It is loud but no louder than any other blender chopping ice and frozen fruit. We love the style and price and it works just fine for us.

The adapter to the food processor broke the first time I use it. I was wondering if they sell the parts separately. The blender part works great.

I use the blender to make smoothies every morning and it works great. Have not used the food processor attachments yet.

I've ordered a number of refurbished products from overstock.com, and I've been pleased with all of them. This is a beautiful processor/blender; it looks brand new, and it works like a charm. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Because every refurbished item I've ordered from o'stock.com has been perfect, I've just ordered a refurbished iPod Classic from the Overstock folks. I trust that it will also be in pristine condition and that it will work as wonderfully well as my old iPod, which was recently stolen.

Have used this a lot and love it. Great product. I am still experimenting with receipts but so far everything has turned out very well.

I finally decided to get rid of my old blender. I mostly use a blender but wanted to have a food processor on hand in case I needed it, so I chose this combination product. So far I have used the blender and it is great. I was hesitant about buying a refurbished product but went ahead with my purchase because of the price. I am glad I did. Looks and works like new and I am very pleased.

I bought a refurbished Cuisinart food processor/blender combo. It came promptly, well packaged, and seemed like brand new. It was a great value. I have done this type of purchase from Overstock several times and have alwas been pleasantly surprised at how well the products were. I would do it again.

great blender.. looks great too with a stainless kitchen. food processor is fine for a small one, but realize that it is not a full sized processor. otherwise, great product, great price.

I purchased a "refurbished" food processor for half the price of a new one.It arrived promptly and was as good as new. I was totally satisfied.

I was suprised that it came packaged like new product..I couldn't tell the difference..put the food processer right to work and it effortlessly went thru everything I dropped in,,way too much fun..a breeze to disassemble and clean..I'll have to get a couple of these for my daughters.....

This is an excellent machine. It does all I need and more. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a food processor.
