FALSE ADVERTISING - very disappointed I was very excited to make this purchase, I couldn't wait for the knives to arrive, then they did and it was a COMPLETELY different set. It was still Cuisinart but instead of 12 knives, a pair of scissors, and a block, it was 6 knives with covers, labelled as a "12 piece set," each knife coated in a different bright color--red, yellow, green, purple, blue, etc. It was a much cheaper set and not at all what I had wanted. I called customer service, the nice person apologized and offered to resend the correct product. Again, the exact same wrong set arrived. I called again, after expressing my dismay I was told that they would look into it, and finally came back several days later telling me that the warehouse had put the wrong picture with the item. But it wasn't just the picture that was different, it was the entire description and everything! Very frustrated and unimpressed after this purchased and confused as to why they would do this--won't every customer be as upset as I was? Why would they want that?
