This lamp is even more lovely in person than in the photos. It was packed perfectly and shipping was great as it always is with Overstock. I wish they hadn't raised the price $20 before I was able to buy this, but it's still a great buy.
The lamps are very good value for a nice quality lamp. The shades are not cheesey or flimsy like those of cheap lamps. They are classy, well made and look much more expensive. The quality of the glass is comparable to what you would get for a lamp 2 to 3 times the cost. I am very please with the order and they arrived in perfect condition. I just bought 2 more in the round shape! Order these and you will not be disappointed!
I ordered two of these lamps for our daughter's new home. After unpacking one, I was struck speechless...literally. The lamp is definitely heirloom quality. Heavy, sturdy, beautiful. The lampshade shape was perfect for the style of lamp. My daughter and her husband were thrilled with the lamps and they look lovely in their master bedroom. You will not be disapointed one bit with any area of this lamp. Buy, admire and enjoy!
I like looking at this lamp, and the beautiful, heavy rectangular glass body. Very traditional, rich feel.Be aware the shade is white, white. Didn't realize my white bedroom furniture was more ivory. Now I wish I would have gotten the identical one Overstock offered that had a sage green shade. I can live with it though, as the lamp is super high quality. At first was worried about ordering a glass lamp because I have cats, but this lamp is so heavy, no way will they knock it as they sashay by.
Received the crystal lamp three weeks ago. I love the lamp and have received many compliments on it already. People are surprised to hear how inexpensive it was on Overstock. It's very elegant and the quality if excellent. I had been looking at comparable lamps in stores but found them to be very expensive.
