The glasses and pitcher are extremely heavy and clumsy to hold, especially the tumblers. They are crudely made with seam lines on the outside. The pitcher is also very heavy without any liquids inside. Also, when pouring from the pitcher, the fluids dribble over the too-blunt spout down the side leaving a puddle on the table. I would have to wrap the pitcher in a dish towel when serving guests.I noticed the return note on the package said you would take "unopened" items back. I had already opened my box--how else to inspect it?

This is a great product, just as described on overstock.com. Unfortunately two of the glasses cracked during shipment, but overstock.com resolved the issue and shipped out two new glasses in a short period of time. Love the glasses and love overstock.com customer service!!

It was exactly what was described. I had a set that was broken so this just added to the other glasses. Very durable and I would recommend them to any one.

This is a good and quality product. Several glasses were broken upon receipt of shipment, but the customer service representatives quickly shipped out replacements and they were great.

This is exactly what I was looking for - a sturdy pitcher with glasses. The tumblers were a bonus (I found mine separately on a shopping trip) and will make great juice glasses or cocktail glasses. I'll have mine on the rocks, thank you!I particularly like the heaviness of the set. I brought this set to as a replacement and it should last for years and the design is a compliment. I don't know why the others didn't like it, but I really, really do.This would also make a nice gift.

by name, "Crystal Delight Beverageware" one would think this set was one of quality. Unfortunately, the set is of shoddy workmanship ... visible seams, sharp edges. Very disappointing.
