Beautiful!
This is a beautiful, high-quality chandelier. I was looking for an all white chandelier that was not too fancy, but more contemporary. This is perfect. When I received it and opened the packages for the crystals, I noticed they were clear instead of solid white as described and as I wanted. So, I contacted Overstock and their customer service was amazing. They apologized for the mistake and said they'd do whatever they could to get the correct crystals from the manufacturer. And they DID! Within a few days, not more than a week, they shipped me the correct white crystals. Wonderful customer service. This chandelier has solid white crystals, white body, and white arms. The mounting piece for the ceiling is circular and is silver metal. The chain is also silver. This was my first time ordering anything from Overstock and I plan on ordering from them again!

Wrong crystals
As stated in other feedback regarding this item, it is a beautiful and very high quality fixture. Especially for the price. However, the wrong crystals were sent to me as well. The photo does show white crystals and clear were included with the chandelier. The person I spoke with via phone was very helpful and said I should be expecting new tracking info within 1-2 business days. Can't wait to see it assembled!
