Provided the perfect finishing touch to my den!
I absolutely love this one-of-a-kind piece. I searched the Web and could not find this anywhere. The lamp did not come in a manufacturer box/packaging so it led me to believe that this is something Overstock must've acquired in a different way. It is quite lovely. From the picture, I thought there was some type of a chain link connecting the legs but it is not; it is more like a metal tubing that is very decorative. The chrome accents add a nice touch. I would've appreciated some kind of instructions for assembly, but I quickly figured out that all you have to do is extend the legs. I recommend this highly.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The inside of the shade is stark white (which I don't care for) but everything else matches.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Excellent quality. Well made and stylish. Very sturdy even on carpet.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? The description was a little confusing; this uses a standard incandescent light bulb with a maximum wattage of 40.

A lovely lamp
Very nice, high quality lamp. Loved the style of the shade. Well packed so was in good condition when it arrived. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I did return the lamp, however, as I was hoping for a natural wood color - not painted black - and more brass accents than silver (the silver was a nice accent to the black). Return was easy as the box was light enough for me to carry, but it was costly to return something of this size.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Lamp legs were painted black...I had hoped this would be natural dark wood.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Very good. Loved the shade.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Accurate, but would have liked more detail about the metal accents

I love this lamp. We were looking for something classic yet on trend that we could use in our study - and this is perfect! Just the right amount of interest, without being TOO "trendy" (in that it would "go out of style" - I think we'll like this piece for years to come).
