My husband started having neck pain every morning, so I decided to buy new pillows for both of us because ours were old. I don't like fluffy pillows that give no support, so I went looking for memory foam pillows. I found this pair and decided it was inexpensive enough that we could see if the memory foam would help his problem.
I had no idea how much support these pillows would offer for my head! I am a person who doesn't need my head to be elevated much to sleep, so these are the perfect depth for me. They're much thinner than regular pillows but don't fall flat when I sleep.
If you like puffy, soft pillows, you probably won't like these. But my head feels much more supported than it ever has even on specialty conventional pillows, and my husband does not have the neck pain anymore.

After pricing one memory foam pillow at a local store for $70 I decided there must be something else out there.This one uses a slightly less dense material than the expensive ones, but so far has been a pleasant surprise. I like to sleep on my side, so I need more support than the traditional pillow offers. Less neck pain with this pillow than any I've used before.The only drawback is that the pillow should be aired out for a few days before using due to the smell of the foam material, but that's a small consideration. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

I am typically hesitant to purchase items on-line. I like to see things with my own eyes in order to discern whether or not I will like an item enough to buy it. However, my boyfriend's birthday was coming up, and every time I saw "memory foam" pillows in a store, they were quite pricey. As a result, I threw caution to the wind, and took the on-line plunge. I am very happy I did so. The pillows arrived within a few days, and they are just as comfortable as I had hoped they would be. My boyfriend loves them! The true test, however, was my reaction to the pillows. I am usually a fluffly, feather pillow kind of person, and even I like the Crowned Memory Foam Pillow. I would definitely suggest purchasing them for yourself.

I am very happy with this product. I was a little nervous when I saw it for the first time because it is thinner than I thought it was going to be. However, it has really made a differance in my comfort when I am sleeping. I would maybe get some kind of slip cover to go over it as well because the texture of the pillow is a little scary at first. BUT I just have a pillow case over it and it is working wonderfully!

for years i had been waking up with a stiff neck so i decided to give these pillows a try - in fact they are the second i've purchased from overstock.com - they are everything they are advertised to be - comfortable, perfect size - and no more stiff neck! these are great pillows!

Although the description says "memory foam" pillow, I found this to just be "foam" pillow.Very light and comfortable. My two kids have asthma so they need a sturdier pillow and thisdoes the job.If you're looking for a REAL memory foam pillow, this is NOT the one for you. As for youwho is just looking for a firmer pillow, this will do just fine.

There is a reason these are so much cheaper than good memory foam pillows. These pillows are just foam not the memory foam we are accustomed to hearing and seeing on tv commercials. Do yourself a favor and skip these, please skip this purchase you will not be happy and you cannot return them. Save up a lot more money and buy the real deal. I wish I had.
according to my husband, these pillows have actually "cured " his stiff neck & shoulder pain . I had read the reviews on it & related it to him , he had said "order it " & hasnt had the neck or shoulder pain since he started using thse pillows, so if that is an issue for you , you just might want to try them yourself-- you wont be sorry !!! They feel very hard at first but by the next night you are able to use them and hardly any smell ! by the time a pillow case is put on you dont smell a thing ! Great pillows, good quaility,great shape ( looks like a real pillow after bed is made ) and GREAT price and alot cheaper than seeing a chiropracter !

Super lightweight! In the past I had always bought the old-fashioned one-piece foam pillows that were heavy. These are very lightweight but have the support of much heavier pillows. They are a little strange looking when they come out of the package but they do puff up right away. They also had a strange odor at first but that disappeared after a couple of days. Overall a great product at a great price. Very satisfied!

I bought these pillows expecting a memory foam material, and when i received them, they felt more like regular standard foam definately not memory foam! It says to sit them out and the pillow will rise to 5inches, well i left mine out for 3days more than what they stated, and the pillows are were at 2inches in height, and are still 2inches in height. The overall comfort of this pillow was even affected, due to it only being 2inches in height. You would have to take 2 or 3 of these pillows to achieve some comfort. I would not buy this product again and would not recommend to anyone as well.
