The mattress pad fits a tall mattress. Wash first to remove chemical smell. Plumps up nicely after washing and adds a nice cushioning layer to the bed.

Great cushy pad with extra deep pockets. Only drawback is that it is very warm. Not so good if the room is warm, but will be a bonus this winter.

I have a queen size waterbed and have purchased a queen size pad for it before, usually a 20 - 30 minute process putting it on. I purchased this pad in Calif King size, a bit big but easy to put on and VERY comfortable, am thinking of buying a second. Terry

follows the contours of your old bed, so you need a firm flat bed to put it on, and if you want good memory foam get at least a 5.6 or better. This ride is nothing like my tempurpedic. which I have in my other house. Next time I'll likely just get a memory foam mattress.

This mattress pad fits my 17" thick Cal King matress perfectly and for under $40 it was a very good value. It is well made, soft and cushy, but not so thick that it's too warm for the summer months. A very good choice if you want some cushion and protection, but not too much loft.

I like this pad because the surface is soft and has a subtle pattern. It is designed to fit deep mattresses so it easily accommodates my pillowtop mattress. I also wanted a product that wasn't too fluffy or had too much fill -- my mattress is thick enough already. This product had ample filling but I still think I'll be able to fit it in my washing machine when the time comes.

We have a new king size mattress, it's very firm. I was thinking of a memory foam topper, but then saw this and read reviews. It fit well, the fabric quality is very nice...best of all...it adds a little bit of poofy softness to the mattress. Yes, the mattress is still firm, but this topper gives you a little padding. It does bunch up very slightly if you toss and turn, but all in all, I would say it was a really good addition to the bed. My husband agrees, and he usually likes a soft mattress.

I was hesitant to order this mattress pad but did so because of the price. It arrived quickly, fit my bed perfectly, and the quality was very nice. You can't go wrong with this pad!

Let me begin by noting that I always pre-wash my linens before use..same with this piece. After wash/dry, it was a big fluffy ball..and I had my doubts as to whether it would fit the bed (king). It was a struggle--not a one person job...but it went on snuggly. Just know that going in...and be prepared! The top lays tight and smooth; the accordian style sides are stretched to the max to cover my mattress. And a note here...I have a Kingsdown Mattress with pillow top which is THE thickest mattress made, I believe. at 19" tall. The sides may be the weak link as they are made of a light weight polyester-type fabric. Time will tell. After shopping for a new matterss pad in a variety of stores from department store to bargain retailer...I cannot mention specific names, but you get the drift, I'm sure...I know you can purchase a mattress pad at any one of these for the same money. However, you will not get NEAR this quality. I would definitely try another one of these if in the market for another mattress pad...and hope the sides are not an issue with this one. If not for the sides, I would have given a 5 star rating here...to me overall excellence means just that...not one issue with any aspect of the item. Hope this helps!!

I received this mattress cover and put it on my bed right away....I have had a CalKing mattress for over 15 years and my experience has been that linens for my size mattress are always so hard to find....I must say that this cover fits PERFECTLY!!!! It has a very soft, luxurious feel to the fabric even though it is only a 300 thread count. I love, love, love this product and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Overstock for meeting my 'hard-to-find' needs at such an incredible price!!!!

I bought a mattress pad for my son's bed and I loved it so much I bought 2 more! It was exactly what I wanted. It was soft, thick and very durable where I wasn't worried that it was going to fall apart in the washing machine. Also like usual the shipping was fast! I would definetely buy from this company again.

I bought this at the same time I bought the 2" memory foam topper for my full size bed. I Have a deep plush mattress, the 2" memory foam top, and this mattress pad fit over everything very well. I have washed it and am pleased with the way it holds up and still fits great.
