not so soft. Now since this thing is underneath my bed cover it shouldn't be a problem, but if you are one of those people who get angry when fabric does not feel soft coming out from the dryer please think twice about this item. I gave it 3 starts because overall its fairly decent mattress padding. (come on it's not a coulple hundred dollar padding, it's bound to have its flaws.)

I inherited a house recently but needed to replace almost all of the "everyday" items that usually we accumulate over time like towels, mattress pads, etc. This is actually quite costly when it's not drawn out over a long time so i was looking for quality at a decent price. And I found it. I got a king mattress pad, exactly as described. Ordering was simple, delivery was quick. All i had to do was wash it and throw it on the bed. The only part i wish was a little better was how soft the material was, but really, for what i paid it was a steal and I can't complain. Time will soften the material anyhow.

Love this !!! I purchased it because my old one kept sliding and never stayed in place. I had toremake the bed from scratch every morning due to all the rumpled bedding. This has solvedthe problem and my bedding stays nice and tight and taught. Price is right - if you need one -go for it!!!

I bought this because when I washed my existing mattress pad, all of the cotton stuffing was lumped up in the sewn-in pockets, making it feel lumpy. So, I got this one because I thought the longer fibers of polyester would be less prone to lumping-up than the short cotton fibers. Won't know 'til after some number of washings.Fits well!But it is quite comfy. My mattress has a built-in pillow top. And I find it a little 'gushy'. But even with this pad on top I am quite comfortable and sleep well.

This mattress pad is exactly what we were looking for. I wanted a mattress pad that would not "shift". This one hugs the mattress and stays put just as the description says. It is a great value - it's the same one you find at the department stores, but less expensive. Love it.

We purchased this mattress pad for our new Memory foam mattress, which came with an attached pillow top. We wanted a bit more protection for the pillow top than a sheet alone could provide. This mattress pad fit perfectly, with a nice smooth edge all around the mattress. It also had deep pockets to fit our 14 mattress.

This mattress pad is really great! I had previously purchased a mattress pad for my king size bed. It would shifting every night and I would have to readjust it every day. This mattress pad is great for deep mattresses, it does not shift and it is a comfortably cushion.

SO pleased to have found a mattress pad that finally fit, was a great buy and quality material. And....shipping price was just right. This is the criteria I look for and when I shop online. Can only afford to buy these kind of items when they are on sale and also discounted.

We recently purchased a new king-size bed that has a 13" mattress and I needed to find a sturdy mattress pad to cover it.
The Croscill pad we ordered was perfect. The sides were easy to pull around the mattress, with room to spare.
