  • Very good slow cooker

    Great buy! I previously had a smaller slow cooker which functioned ok but cooked very hot. I also couldn't cook lots of food in it without it overflowing and spilling over the sides. This Crock Pot cooks enough food for a meal or even two with no spills at all. I also really love the design and color which is a nice change of all the usual boring metal colors. Simply Wonderful!

    I have used it twice--once for a very large pot roast with vegetables, and once for 5 lbs of pork chops with lots of various fruits. Perhaps I am over-filling the pot (to the brim), but that doesn't seem to matter. The meats are very tender--cooked to perfection. I think it might be nice to have a lid that clamps down. I really like the size and shape of the cooker--not too big and not too small.
