We have been very impressed with this table since purchasing it last week. Putting it together is a chore, as noted by the other reviewers, but it is completely worth the effort. The finished product is not only beautiful to look at, but extremely solid and well made. After a disappointing previous purchase of a coffee table from overstock, we have been extremely impressed with the quality and styling of this table.The good:Very stable and solid - put for feet up, even sit on it, no problem.Looks greatNice use of space with the drawers and undershelf.The not-so-good:It is a bear to put together, but is to be expected for such a solid table.The design of the drawers is flawed. Putting the screws into the drawer rails will inevitably split the fake wood that makes up the drawer sides. This isn't a big deal, but disappointing to see. The drawers do work just fine.All things considered we are extremely happy with our purchase. Finally, our living room has the coffee table that was missing.

This table took quite a long time to put together. The instructions could have been much better, but it is a project that can be done. You need a lot of patience. After putting most of it together, I called a handyman to help me with the drawers. Once it's done though, the table is beautiful and you won't be disappointed.

I am really happy with this piece of furniture. It did take some time to assemble, but it was definitely do-able. Clearer instructions would have been helpful, but they weren't too bad. Either way, the end result is really a beautiful piece f furniture that I expect to have for quite some time! I bought the same table (and end tables) only a few days later for my parents after my dad saw mine! I recommend this piece to anyone looking for a great piece of furniture at an affordable price!

I had this product since November. I finally assembled it with the help of my aunt and her 15 year old son. I'm pretty handy when it comes to assembling things, but after reading the reviews, I was a bit concerned since people said it took hours to assemble. The assembly was not as difficult as I thought it would be. My aunt organized all the parts, read the directions first, and basically familiarized herself with all the parts. Get an electric drill and assemble this product with at least 2 patient people. When it came to installing the brackets for the drawers, that took the longest for us. The directions weren't as clear as they could be. After all that time, we installed the brackets the wrong way. It' wasn't much to re-install them the correct way. If it wasn't for the bracket issue, we probably would have completed the project in about 2 hours. Overall, a beautiful product. Every time I would come to the living room, I would say, "Oh, it's so pretty!" I am very pleased with this purchase. I'll be purchasing more items from this line

This table is well crafted and sturdy. Like others have said it is a hassle to put together, but well worth the time and effort. I have been looking for a coffee table for a long time until I found this one. I love that this one has drawers on both sides and the dark color of the wood fits well with my living room.
