I had been looking for an ivory rug for placement in my dining room when I found this one on Overstock.com. I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It makes my dining room look gorgeous!. It is very thick and comfortable, no shedding! This rug will work in any room where you want style and beauty. I would highly recommend this rug. It is not like the old shag rugs of days gone by. It is both modern and European looking depending upon your furniture and decorating style. I would buy this rug again.

This rug is excellent. It is soft and thick. I have kitties and, of course, one threw up on it the first night. It cleaned up beautifully and left no trace of the reddish color of the food. I was thrilled. As the rug is made of the same material as an outdoor rug, I figured it would clean well and it did. Couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate on this one.

This is a good looking rug. Ive hadd it less than a week, so I'm unable to make a comment about its durability. The color definitely has a yellow tone to the ivory (not gray, not pink, not green-) almost the color of French vanilla ice cream.

I was hoping for the silky soft feel that I've felt on some shag rugs in stores. It isn't silky soft to the touch (like I was hoping for) but it does feel great to walk on. It's thick and the quality seems very good. There are both thick and thin yarns in the rug so it has an interesting texture - more so than the rugs that have yarns of all the same thickness. I'm not madly in love but I am definitely completely satisfied. It made our bedroom appear more 'finished' and comfortable. I recommend getting the largest size you can fit in the room. This is a very high quality rug from a top company. It is indeed cozy, plush and comfortable - feels so nice on the feet, especially right when you get out of bed in the morning (I put mine in the bedroom). I haven't noticed any shedding, and the pile just pops right back up after you walk on it. This rug would have cost at least double somewhere else, and would have been worth it! I highly recommend!

I was looking for a new updated look for a spare bedroom. This rug is perfect. I remember the shag rugs of the 70's and 80's. This is not that rug. This rug has a new modern look and feel. I ordered this rug a year ago for my living room since we have hardwood floors. I initially wanted a pure white rug (extremely hard to find) for a reasonable price), but settled on this one, trying to make it work with my gray and white decor. I kept it but was always on the look for a white rug. About a week ago, I finally caved and purchased a pure white rug . I did not appreciate the plush quality of this rug! It held up in a high traffic area and is extremely thick compared to the white one I bought for double the price. Additionally, this rug vacuums well and is of excellent quality. The "shag" on my white rug is starting to come apart and is just not working. This rug is really great! I wish it came in pure white.

This is THE BEST rug ever! The quality is tremendous and the texture of the shag is very luxurious. When walking on the rug, you literally sink into the shag! I wasn't sure what to expect, although I was hopeful based on the other reviews of this product. This purchase exceeded my expecations!

I am very impressed with this rug. I was initially worried about vacuuming because it is shag and being able to see dirt because it is so light in color. It is in fact easy to vacuum and does not show slosh from outside in our winter weather. A guest even wore shoes on it straight from outside and it did not show. I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to others.

I think this rug is great. I was very hesitant to buy a rug online, but I'm not sorry I did. This is wonderfully thick and shaggy. And it has held up well so far. I've had it about a month and have vacuumed it a few times.

I really like this rug. It's soft and looks exactly how I wanted in my small living room space. My only problem is it already has a light stain that I haven't been able to completely remove. I am not exactly sure what the stain is caused from - either black shoe dirt or something black from blowing out a candle. It's a mystery but it won't completely come out when I clean it the same way I clean all my other carpets and rugs.
