We ordered the nightstand because of its nice clean lines and its height. We planned on using it as an end table for our family room. The piece itself is lovely and a nice quality, my only complaint is that the back of the piece is not finished wood, it is stained plywood. Just something to be aware of as it forced us to change our furniture arrangement.

I was pleasantly surprised by these nightstands. I ordered two for a guest room. They are very attractive and look much more expensive than the price would indicate. The styling was just about perfect for my taste. They were not too contemporary and yet not too traditional. The color was a very deep, almost black brown. The finish was nice and smooth. They did require assembly and I was surprised at first by the number of parts, but soon realized that the manufacturer has thought ahead and provided many extra fasteners. The assembly was fairly simple. Another nice feature is the drawer mechanism - The drawer slides very easily and smoothly. I liked the appearance and quality of these stands so much that I have ordered the chest of drawers that match. I would definitely recommend these pieces.

I have 2 other nightstands in my master bedroom by Coventry that I purchased from O.co about 2 years ago. Those nightstands have 3 drawers each and this one I purchased last week is for the guest bedroom, and it has only one drawer. This one only took about 40 minutes to assemble, but having a cordless drill/screwdriver helps tremendously! Keep in mind that I am a single 36 year old female, so you should have no trouble assembling it. I like the Coventry line because of the dark color and the quality of wood - very sturdy pieces. I have the ones in my master bedroom next to a highend bed and you would never know that these nighstands were so inexpensive - great quality. The nickle drawer pulls are nice too; very modern looking. It arrived within a few days of ordering it and with free shipping. I have lots of pieces from O.co and I'm rarely dissappointed with their merchandise.

These are WAY more solid looking then pictures can show. Very heavy duty and awesome quality! They look very pricey in person. The pictures do not give them justice. My only complaint is despite there is not much to them they come in MANY MANY pieces. Only took 45 minutes to build, but I thought it would be less...

Everything about this table is great, except, I have yet to figure out how to install the slides for the drawer. The pictures for all the other assembly steps are clear. This last one is not. I'll figure it out, but wish it was clearer.

This nightstand was exactly what I was looking for. I was a little hesitant to buy something without seeing it in person, but the finished product looks exactly like the pictures online. The wood was nice and dark, almost espresso, like what I wanted. Assembly by myself was time-consuming on the first one, but the second nightstand was no problem since I knew what I was doing. The wood is very solid and I felt like the quality was more than sufficient. I ended up ordering the matching 5-drawer dresser since I liked the nightstands so much, and I am so happy with the set! They look great! Definitely recommend this line of products!!

Although a very good product, the price seems a little high; based on quality and having to assemble at home. The metal inter-locking pieces are not very sturdy, but fortunately there were extra pieces.

I had a some problems putting this piece together, however the end result was worth it. It's extremely sturdy and the wood used is not cheap looking or feeling at all. The difficulty in putting the nightstand together is making me worried on whether or not to buy the dresser along with it. Who knows, but it does seem like a pain, but overall, the end product is fantastic and worth it.

We needed a substantial nightstand that would blend with a modern armoire and a couple of vintage pieces we have in a large master bedroom that's anchored by a pewter iron bed with tall head and footboards. This fit my search criteria because it was the tallest nightstand I found. The price was right and it really is a versatile style that can work with a lot of other pieces. If you have other wood, this looks good as good with dark browns as it does with black. We have some of both so it ties them together nicely.

This is the third nightstand I have purchased from various places in search for the right one! I finally found it in the Coventry 1 drawer nightstand. I had a little trouble assembling, but with some perserverance, I did it! It looks great in my bedroom.

I am thrilled with this piece; I also bought the lingiere chest. It is a beautiful piece of furniture, solid construction, looks like it was purchased from a high end furniture store. This piece looks great and seems sturdy. The directions were clear, and the parts were well-organized. My only issue was the drawer hardware- both sides of the rails that the drawer slides on were bent. Since both of the nightstands came with bent ones, I thought maybe it was part of the design and installed them. Now my nightstands look beautiful, but the drawers really stick and have to be pulled hard to open.
