I bought this quilt in the taupe and it is beautiful. I got it in a king size and put it on a full size bed. It still needs a dust ruffle with it as it still does not touch the floor.I just love it. Great price and quality.
Over all I am very happy with this purchase. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the measurements were alittle off and the picture makes it look bigger than it is. I ordered the king size thinking it would be longer on the sides because I have an olympic queen size bed and queen's are too little. The picture makes it looks like a bedspread touching the floor and it just bearly covers the mattress itself. So if you don't mind it being more of a comforter than a bedspread then it's perfect.
The color (taupe) is a little more muted than ideal, but it looks nice. The material is heavier than I would have thought, and it apears to be good quality. An earlier reviewer had said that it was made small, so I ordered a king size for my queen size bed, and it fits well.
Cozy medium weight quilt with good stitching.King size fit my queen bed like a short bedspread. Adequate.The picture of the floral detail did not reveal the country home scene imbedded in the flowers.Might be charming to some but just isn't my thing.The quilt was bought for my summer home so I don't have to look at it every day and is otherwise acceptable so I kept it.That is why I only gave it 4 stars for appearance-personal preference, not a flaw.
