We recently purchased this bed for my 18 month son. It took my husband and I about 2 hours to assemble; the instructions were clear and concise, but there is a lot of little assembling. It is fabricated out of pressed and composite wood and plastic sliders for the drawers. Also the drawer bottoms are flimsy before being inserted into the drawer, but seems like it will hold. After it was finished, the bed was stable and supportive. We also purchased the 9-inch Select-A-Firmness Twin-size Memory Foam Mattress, and it fits great. Our only concern is the longevity of the bed. Overall, we are pleased, and the price was right.

First time I have ever order from overstock, and I must say we were thrill with the twin bed. We bought it for our 22 year old son. He had a queen bed, but his room is small and the queen bed took up too much room, so he asked for a twin bed. He loves the bed. It is not jiust for small kids, if our 22 year old can use it anyone can . Tbe drawers are just perfect.

My daughter had assembled most of the bed by the time I'd gotten home to help her with it. My grandson is delighted with it. It's not too big, not too small, but just right! Assembly instructions were easy to follow and required just a couple of simple tools and some good old-fashioned elbow grease. Great value for the money!

This bed is perfect for my 5 year-old son. It shipped promptly and arrived in a well-packed box. My son has slept on the bed for two weeks and just loves it. It supports his twin mattress perfectly and the drawers are sturdy enough to handle his roughness. It is an attractive piece of simple furniture that stores his clothes and some toys generously.The only negative regards the assembly. While the instructions were easy, the assembly required a screw driver (not included) and movement of some heavy pieces. If you don't have a cordless screw driver the amount of screws required in assembly may get tiresome. The weight of the pieces would make it difficult for a single mom to assemble.

I am more than pleased with the purchase of this mate's bed! My 6 year old grandson loves it and he has plenty of room for the upcoming years! The twin mattress purchsed elsewhere fits the bed well. The storage drawers bring welcomed space for blankets or toys. My grandson is enjoying his full sized bed. It's sturdy enough to handle his rough housing and compliments the other pine pieces in the room. It took both of his parents to put it together but they are pleased with the results.

Yeaaaa...! it went gr8 with my sons rooms other furniture, same shade pine... was gr8 and eeeeeeeeeeeasy to build, i did it all by myself ... no help needed frm a second person... proud to do it alone !!!!!! awsome to recommend to others... 5 yr old sleeps on it already lol!!!!!!!!!

This bed was so easy to put together, the directions were excellent and it was fast. My son loves his new bed and the drawers come in so handy.

My 16 year old was able to put this together for his little brother, so evidently the directions were good. However, one of the drawer face plates was cracked in half when we opened the package. We are still waiting for a replacement It's been a couple weeks since I called. Hopefully, soon!

The bed is really nice and my son of 20 months really likes it. it took sometime to get together but when it was all down it looked really nice.

The final product is a great, sturdy bed for an 8 year old. However, the holes were not lined up at all. Had to make quite a few new holes to get the pieces together. After new holes were drilled, the bed was put together by myself and 2 children.

Simple instructions. No gluing. Putting the drawers together took the most amount of time. I think the bed will last for several years to come. Already purchased memory foam mattress separately. We got an 8" mattress, that was about right.

Very nice bed. It took my husband 4 hours to assemble. The drawers are great. We also use the large space behind the drawers to store items that we don't use very often. (In order to do this, we put these items under the bed before we put the mattress on the bed.) We are very happy with this purchase for this price.

I purchased this bed for my 2yrs old son, as his first twin sized bed. It is excellent quality, good priced and I am confident it will last him a very long time.

It is low so it wouldn't be good for older adults, but it is great for a younger child's bed and it is sturdy. The pullout storage space is really large.

This is the first time that I have ever ordered anything from Overstock. The prodcut came before the originial date which was wonderful and the mattress thicker than I thought it would be. My son and sister is very happy. When I opened the box to put the bed together the directions was missing, I called overstock back and within 48 hours, they had it emailed to me.
