I ordered the country chairs to go with a new table that I just bought and they matched perfectly. I love these chairs because they are sturdy and pretty. I am kind of a heavy lady and they are just great. I feel confortable and safe in these chairs.

Previous reviews indicated these are sturdy chairs even for a larger person. They do feel sturdy. The only concern I have is the front legs have a normal width and as the picture shows, has a slight flair at the bottom. The back legs are actually narrower. It isn't a huge difference but enough that our 9 yr old who has a hard time not tipping on chairs has had it slip out from under him twice because of the narrower legs in the back. Fortunately this was on carpet and hopefully will teach a lesson. When I sit on it and lean to the side to grab something off the floor I feel like it could slip, but it hasn't. We bought 6 of these chairs and they went together well when using the proper tools. They look very nice and we are happy with the purchase.

I purchased 2 sets (4 chairs) in each set one of the chairs was broken on the back rest. I like the chairs otherwise because they were the right color, style and very sturdy. I had to glue, clamp and paint both of the damaged areas. You can still see a little of the damage on the back of one chair but overall they look very nice and hold up quite well to someone who has a little excess weight. If your not handy in fixing things I would not buy these chairs.

For two mature women was a little bet hard to assembled the chairs,specially the support bars the screw keep coming out to the side of the chair's leg no matter how you do it, and I noticed a chip on the back of the chair.

The chairs look beautiful once put together. It wasn't as challenging to put together as other have indicated. I didn't like how the screws just went through the wood in some cases. That makes me question the stability if the chairs. Overall, happy with the chairs. I purchased six all together.

I ordered two sets for a total of four chairs. Delivery was fast. Easy to put together except when you have to tighten the four main bolts... you have to turn the wrench in like 1/8 increments. Couple of issues, in one box two of the chairs had slight damage to the upper right top of the chair (as you are facing the chair). One was kind of chipped with paint missing and the other chipped but painted. Cant return them because we need them for the hoildays they look okay but it is noticable. Two of the chairs have a slight wobble but when you are sitting in them they are stable. Over all...not bad.

One chair was perfect, but the other chair looked like it was missing the final coat of paint. We can easily fix this since we have some white paint on hand, but it was disappointing. Otherwise, the chairs are attractive and sturdy, and comfortable.

The chairs were a little difficult to put together but not overly hard. We are pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the chairs. The white paint is even and feels durable. The design is nice and the chairs are comfortable. They match a table I already had and the price was very reasonable. Overstock shipped immediately.

Bought these to replace NEW chairs that came with my expensive dinette set. The original chairs were clumsy, had rollers which were unstable and soiled easily. These new chairs are sturdy, look great and are easy to clean. Only problem was that they are somewhat difficult to assemble and (as some of the other reviewers commented), the screws are a tad too long and tend to come through the legs.

These are beautiful chairs. The quality was excellent. Nice hardwood, great color, shipped complete and in good condition. And a fantastic price!. They were exactly as described.

I got the chairs to match the farmhouse table and they do. They were a little hard to figure out how to put together but after we got the first one done the others went fast. Overall I'm very satisfied.

calculations are a little off in manufacturing them but they are acceptble.

Very pleased with the quality of product. Everything was included, nothing missing. Delivery was prompt and can't beat the delivery price! Price of chairs was good also and not difficult to put together although I had to pay someone to put it together being a woman who can't do that sort of thing. Will definitely order from Overstock again.

Assembly is required with these chairs, but it's worth it to save the money-we didn't see anything like these chairs for a better price elsewhere. The chairs are sturdy and pretty good quality. We bought four of them about two years ago and we have had some white paint chip off of the top back of a few chairs due to them hitting against walls (our dining area was very small). Otherwise they still look great. We moved into a bigger house and decided to buy two more, they came together nicely too, but one of the chairs was missing a foot pad-we just bought one and added it.

These are nice chairs, but they were more challenging than the typical O.com product to put together.

Chairs look very nice. Took forever to put together the first one but, after that, they were very easy. Two of the seats came damaged. I wrote to the contact person and, within 1 week, I received two more undamaged seats as replacements.
