Duck Sofa Slip Cover
from North Carolina,  Jul 18, 2008

This was my first experience with a slip cover. I bought it to protect a new sofa, since I have a pet, rather than to cover up an old one. I found it relatively easy to put on. The good part is that I have an 84 inch camel back style sofa with large rolled arms and exposed legs that could be challenging to cover, but this slip cover worked well. It did take me about an hour to get it on, adjusted, and smoothed out. I probably should have ironed it before I put it on, but considering that I didn't, it looks almost as good as the picture. I ordered the stone color. To me, it has a little more touch of light sage green than my computer monitor indicated. I do have to periodically re-tuck it in and smooth it, but overall, it looks good. The fabric is nice and heavy weight and sturdy.

good product, good deal
from Tulsa, OK,  Jan 12, 2010

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now. It is not the first sofa cover I have used, but it was certainly easier to put on than the old one I had. It was thinner material than I expected, not very dense, you can see through it when you hold it up to the light, but you can't see the pattern of the couch once you get it on. I like that it doesn't have the gathers and elastic in it that my old one had. I like the straight skirt that wraps around the bottom to hold it all together. Very low maintenance (not a lot of retucking required) It's a good cover for the price.

Great Product
from Louisville, KY,  Nov 7, 2009

I bought this slipcover to protect my sofa from my labrador mix that loves to chew on furniture. I have had it for 4 months and it is great! It is so easy to wash and takes very little time to put back on. It did shrink just a little after the first washing but I think if I had used cold water I would've avoided that. It really is the best slipcover I have ever used.

Just What I Was Hoping For
from Brooklyn NY,  Sep 16, 2009

This is a great light gray color, good breathable fabric, and looks awesome on my couch. My only wish is that it had a separate zipable cover for the bottom couch cushions, but actually haven't had many slippage problems at all.

not really happy
from kansas City, KS,  Aug 24, 2009

These ended up looking like a big sheet. I think the 2 piece covers are a better idea. There is some sort of tool you can buy that would keep them tucked in. I have not purchased this tool yet. I hope when I do it helps. I find myself tucking these covers in at least once a day when its just my husband and I. When the grandkids are here its a worthless cause.

Not too bad
 from Maine,  Jul 24, 2009

The 'cotton duck' material is thinnner and lighter than my last couch cover, which was also described as cotton duck. The style is better, though. The arms aren't as big and the wrap around ties work pretty well. I can see a few places where I'll probably have to put a few stiches at the end of a seam, eventually, to keep the seem from starting to separate. I have dogs that get on the couch, so that's part of the problem, it gets extra wear. Definately worth it to cover a nice couch or, in my cast, cover a not so nice couch.

Great fit, but picks up hair
 from nyc,  Jul 8, 2009

I was really happy to have this couch cover, as the last one was a pain and also pretty ugly. Our previous couch cover had an elastic band that was meant to be tucked behind the cushions of the couch..the problem being the body of our couch is one solid piece. So we got rid of that and bought this one and it's a much better fit. My only complaint is that it picks up every single piece of cat hair in the apartment so I'm constantly hitting it with the lint-roller, so would probably not recommend it for other pet owners.
