I was uncertain about purchasing something from a picture on the internet but was shockingly surprised. It is a well made,handsome piece of furniture and dipicted accurately in the picture. I received it within a week of ordering it and the price is great.

I was looking for 2 chairs to compliment a khaki sofa to put in my daughter's first apartment and bought the grasshopper chairs just by looking at the picture on Overstock and reading the reviews. And I must say these chairs are wonderful! They are well made and very comfortable and everyone who sees them just loves the big dots! I saw a chair in a different fabric just like these in an upscale store and the retail price was $799! Shipping was quick and the chairs were packed extremely well. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from Overstock.com in the future!

I purchased two of these chairs about three years ago, and I have had a love/hate relationship with them. They are beautiful to look at, and are the focal point in my living room, when people come over they tell me how great they look. They are great chairs to achieve a look, but that's where it ends. The workmanship on the back legs is poor, the wood used to build the frame is week, and it seems the back legs are too close together and they become loose and wobbly and start to cave in. I have drilled new holes into the frame two times now to repair the legs and the problem comes back, I still have them, but they are literally on their last legs. I give them another three months. This makes me sad because I really love the style they bring to my living room.

I just received this chair yesterday and I really like it!! Before purchasing this chair, I read all the reviews and was prepared for the size and weight of the chair. The chair is lightweight (my almost 4 year son can move it!), but once you are sitting in it, it's fine. Both my son and I can sit in it comfortably, and my husband (who is 250 lbs.) can also sit in it comfortably. The max weight amount for the chair is 250 lbs., but my husband sits in the chair just fine. The box is quite big, but I have a very nice UPS man who carried the box inside my house for me! I opened the box and got the chair out and the legs on in 30 seconds - very easy! For the price of the chair, you can't beat it! It is a coffee shop style of chair, but it really does look great in our living area and the colors are perfect! The chair does NOT look like a cheap chair and it's quite comfortable. I just wish they made an ottoman to match :-) The delivery time was exactly 1 week from the time I ordered it to the time it was delivered. This being my first time buying from overstock.com, I am very pleased.

I needed a nice but "affordable" chair for a sitting area in my new home to accent my tan/sage furniture. I actually came across the pesto color cosmo chair and looks gorgeous with my other pieces. It has an extremely thick two-sided cushion and is accurate with the measurements. I can't stop looking at how amazing it looks now. My only and I mean only concern was the shipping and the way my item was delivered to me. My box was completely damaged and the cardboard was extremely thin for being such a large and heavy item. Check your purchase before UPS leaves. Thank goodness, mine was not damaged. Otherwise, I absolutely love my "pesto" colored cosmo chair and goes great with the square brown leather ottoman I also purchased a few months back. VERY PLEASED AND DELIGHTED!!!!

Chair is very modern looking-exactly what I wanted; however it isn't as comfortable as I hoped. The back leans back too far and guests have said I need to put a small pillow for back support. It's perfect for me, since I like to sit a little sidewise and put both my feet up on it. For the price, I'm very happy with it.

I didn't realize how long I've had this, it's now a bit over 5 years and I love them (also ordered the slipper chair version, no arms). They are not the sturdiest, meaning, if you intend to use it in a house where kids will be jumping on them this may not be for you. But my purpose was to use these chairs in a less traffic area, more decorative and they fit the bill. Now I have had people in different sizes sit in these chairs for hours with no complaints in comfort. I also get so many compliments on these.

I love this chair, the study is not quite done, still purchasing. Merely put the legs on. Box contained 3 plastic washers instead of 4. The chair is very comfortable, with a room seat area. I can see myself curling up with a good or bad book and feeling right at home.

Should have listened to reviews stating quality/construction being suspect. Chairs are nice looking, but definitely unstable and wobbly. Even for a small adult! Fabric isn't high quality, will show wear and tear easily if used a lot. Not recommended overall, despite looking nice as a product. Just not worth the money when you could spend a bit more and get something of better quality. Worth the extra spend to do so!

The chair is very pretty, cushion is firm but the chair is comfortable. Great color - just what I was looking for. It's definitely not a heavyweight chair, but it seems to beholding up just fine with my 4kids who use it regularly. The chair itself actually seems sturdy but the legs not so much. At any rate I really like it and I'd buy it again.

What you see is what you get with this chair. I absolutely love it and I'm going to order a second one. I wish it came with an ottoman but love the accent chair. Everybody comments on it. A great addition to any room.

Very impressed with product for the price. Easy to put together and looks like a high end piece of furniture. A little stiff, but I put a small coordinating pillow in the back and feels much better. It looks great with my black leather sofa. I placed a reading lamp next to ot and it looks very cozy next to me fireplace. It completes the look and is a great accent because of the modern design and colors. I love it! Thanks Overstock . I will definitely shop here again. The order arrived within 5 days incl the weekend.

I ordered two of the Cosmopolitan Grasshopper-Green chairs for my family room. They came so quickly it was shocking. The color of the chairs is exactly as depicted in the photo, but what I didn't recognize in the picture was how the back leans or tilts. They look like recliners that didn't get set back up straight after someone sat in them. But when you sit in them, they are very comfortable. I'm short so I appreciate that my feet touch the floor and it is comfortable to sit there through an entire movie without having to shift and readjust for comfort. I would recommend these chairs to a friend with the caveat that if the family members are on the smaller side they would work well, but if they are larger, heavier people I would be concerned. These chairs are not the sturdiest furniture, they sit a little precariously on those legs and I would worry about a larger person tipping over or breaking the legs. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and they fit nicely in my room. I contacted Overstock to obtain the name of the manufacturer to see if it would be possible to purchase the same fabric to make some throw pillows for my leather sofa in the same room. The business they provided was extremely unhappy about being named as the ones who made these chairs. They sent back an angry email saying they didn't like being blamed for having created such 'low quality furniture' and wanted me to pass the word back to Overstock to quit giving out their contact information as the ones who made the chairs. Needless to say, I didn't get me fabric.

Chairs are fine. Bottom cushion is very big and comfy. Read review about wobbly legs.. maybe .. but only if 2 yr old is jumping on them. Adults sitting.. and no problem. Fabric is nice and color is very nice. good overall

Choose this chair for entry area to go with a small loveseat in area and two dark wood nicknack cabinets. I mixed this more modern lines with mission lines and it worked well. Fabric is nice and will clean easily. At first I thought one leg was too short. I merely rotated them around and voila it was steady on its feet. I have arthritis and find it difficult to get out of chairs but this one is no problem. Not too low and provides support to push up.

These are beautiful chairs! I was looking for small, upholstered chairs for my office and saw these. I knew they were the ones. I bought 4. I did read most of the reviews and knew there were some problems. There is a problem with the legs. Because the back legs are closer together than the front, the tall legs make the chair a little wobbly. They come with 7" legs which can break off due to the instability. However, there seem to be 2 solutions. One person put L brackets on the legs, another shorter legs. I decided to put 4" squat legs on them and the chairs become stable and are perfect to sit on. Also, they are light, which I love. But they can tip over if climbed on. If you have kids who will be climbing on the chairs they are not for you, they will tip over. If you want a beautiful accent or office chair these are perfect. The material is beautiful, but not for heavy wear. Do support or replace the legs for safety. I am very happy with my purchase. Another great Overstock bargain!

We bought this chair and another of a different pattern about 2 months ago and knew we would enjoy the design and colors in our living room. I assembled the chair (legs come packaged separately) and was very disappointed at how wobbly it is. It looks great, but is not sturdy or very comfortable to sit on. It will take me some effort and expense to fix this, so I would not recommend the product unless you too are prepared for the same issues.

They were well packed and the fabric is very nice; the design is good, because there is a substantial palate of colors in the fabric if you are trying to put a room together with complimentary colors; our walls are two tones of a very brown pinkish color, and the daybed has a brown cover.. The only thing is that because of all of the dots, a square pillow doesn't look so well on it, and they absolutly need pillows! Or you are forced to lean back too much.

This arm chair lived up to my expectations. The fabric colors and design were true to the photos. This chair appears to be well crafted. It is comfortable as well as stylish. I have received compliments from everyone who has seen it. The chair came well packaged. The only assembly required was screwing on the legs. I would recommend this chair to a friend.

I recently remodeled my basement and needed to furnish my new family room. I purchased two of these chairs and they are absolutely beautiful. The colors are more muted than in the photo which makes them even prettier. The only assembly necessary is screwing on the wooden legs which took all of five minutes. I would highly recommend these chairs. They are comfortable, beautiful and an excellent bargain!
