    This fireplace is a beautiful piece of furniture and perfectly complements our bedroom. The travertine is of the highest quality. The remote control is simple and straightforward. Assembly is easy. The heater unit is very quiet. It was a little pricey compared to other models but my wife and I are delighted with our purchase!

    • I can help here- The mantel is made of natural travertine stone with aluminum honeycomb substrate to lighten the weight so that people can handle the pieces easier. The thickness of the travertine is about 5mm/ 0.2 inch. Hope this helps!
