I had been shopping for a long time for Corelle dishes to use outside instead of using paper products. I have had Corelle in the past for my RV and mountain home. They are practical and pretty at the same time. I loved the shape of these and thought they would be fun. I have used them each time I entertained outside and gotten really nice comments. They don't take a lot of room to store, because they are thinner than stoneware. The dinner plates are huge. I am totally satisfied and delighted with this purchase.

I absolutely love these dishes. The pattern was a little brighter and much prettier than I expected. They are light weight and chip resistant...which makes emptying and filling the dishwasher much easier for my children! The mugs are porcelain, and like the bowl and plates have the same square-rounded style. I honestly am extremely happy with my purchase!

I bought two sets in order to have the quantity I needed. They are practical and elegant enough for guests. I don't love the pattern but it is fine. I chose it over the plain white version for some interest so that was accomplished. Corningware is a must in my house for daily use as my brick floors eat ordinary glass and china. I love its versatility which means I do not have to think twice about moving the product from refrigerator to microwave. Overall, a great product that I expect to use for many years.

Wow! I am knocked out by these dishes! The pattern in person is much more muted in tone (the flowers are a soft butter yellow and a warm nutmeg color, and the stems are a very muted celery green), which I think makes them more beautiful and elegant. They are lightweight and durable (we've already dropped and banged a few...) and they take up less space in the cupboard than traditional stoneware or china. The plates are a generous size, as are the bowls, and they all stack beautifully. The mugs are quite nice and a heavier porcelain than I thought they would be. My only disappointment is that the bowls have no pattern on them, they are simply lined at the top edge in green. I always thought Corelle was on the tacky side. This set has changed my mind - it's beautiful and practical for use with young children. I'm so happy with this purchase I may come back and order another set so I have service for 12.
