The shades are very nice, good quality. You you can see through them. They don't block your view to see if someone is coming up the walk way, but they do block out the light and give privacy. I will purchase more of these in the future.

I looked at custom shades at 250/shade and catalog shades at 200/shade. These shades have the quality of the custom with less hassle than the catalog shades and at a much better price. I am very happy with them.
