First of all, we really like these. They hang just like we hoped. We wanted to find something smooth, and that would hang from inside the trim around our patio door. And these are perfect for that. The only down sides would be: You have to close by hand, they would have gotten a 5 star from me if there was a rod to pull them closed. Also, the color...it's not bad perse...but when they are closed it looks like we hung kraft paper over the door.Read More
So the panels are not interlocking, and there is NO rod included for moving them. So you have to put your hands on each panel to move them. They slide back to front and this putts the closest panel right into the door handle on the right. Everything about them seems backwards. They look good up, they were the right size, easy to hang and the color was right on. So if you never plan to open and close them... I guess they would be fine.Read More
I don't like how they close, you have to close 2 panels at a time its not just one pcs.Read More
I bought these shades to block the morning sun that comes in through my sliding glass doors. It works!! Installation was a breeze once I figured out how to use the same holes in the wall I put in when I hung a regular curtain rod. Pros: blocks the sun, easy installation, cuts to size Cons; there is no material to cover the metalware.....should have a valance or something- I read where a someone made one, but I'm so not the artsy crafty type. Also I wish there were more vibrant colors/prints/designs to change up with. I gave 4 stars because there is nothing to cover the metal.Read More
Disappointed as the screws provided did not fit the holes in the supporting brackets. The panels hang poorly with 2 of the panels locked over each other in the middle to where they slide as one. The printed instructions as to assembly and hanging this item were vague to say the least. I was very pleased with the order and delivery service and speed-just that this product does not measure up to my expectations. The panels will soil(esp if you have children) as you have to pull on them to open/close them(no wand) and they really do block most of the window.Oh well..they're up(took all afternoon) and it is what it is.Read More
