This was a reorder (a replacement because the original order I placed was not the correct size). The representative was very courteous and helpful. Took my reorder and emailed me a shipping label to return the original shades. I was very happy with transaction---very accommodating to me, the customer.
I was initially skeptical of the workmanship of this blind, especially the cordless feature. I ordered one to see how it looked in the window and to evaluate the product. We like it so much we ordered three more. My husband loves the cordless feature particularly - no more cords hanging on display and a danger to the pets and children. The color has been uniform in all that we ordered and it was easy to install. We love the complete privacy of the honeycomb design and the way the light is filtered. This is not a room darkening window blind. Overall we are very pleased with this product.
I hung these shades throughout our newly remodeled beach house and they look great. They were easy to hang, fit perfectly, and are a great product at a great price! I was not seeking a darkening shade and wanted something with a low profile when they were open. These shades completely fit my needs.
