This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to machine cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

Once opened this product is non-returnable.

Great mattress

Excellent nights sleep on this mattress! Delivery was smooth and mattress was easy to open. The "chemical smell" associated with these mattresses was not very strong at all. I would definitely buy this again.

we've been sleeping on this "dreamy" mattress for about 2 weeks....it is wonderful. Molds to you but not "sinking".....cant even feel my hubby next to me ( although I still hear him)....would recommend....didnt smell anything weird and it "unfolded within 24 hours.....

I received the mattress in about 1 week, as estimated. It arrived in a thick, black plastic bag. I brought it inside my front door, cut open the bag, and the mattress quickly grew before my eyes. Usually needs 72 hours to fully obtain its size. Mine was fully open in less than an hour, with no signs of the warning odor. It is extremely confortable. I like a soft bed that allows me to sleep on my side. It is perfect. Half the time, I lay down on my back, and I am asleep before I have a chance to roll onto my side. Don't delay another minute, buy one of these. Unbelievable!!!! Even though it is foam, it is quite heavy, maybe 100 lbs, and not just a junky piece of normal foam. Do it!

But VERY Sleepy. This didn't work out well for me at all. The mattress is VERY hard and after a year and a half....it's not any better. No return available. Can't afford anything else so I am stuck with it. :(
