This is my 3rd purchase of a Woll pan from Overstock. I wanted cookware that didn't need oil or those cooking sprays to cook or fry. Woll is the brand of pan that can handle this wish. Cleanup can be done by a child, it is so easy. The diamond finish is there to stay without any marks or cracks. The pans are a perfect weight. I LOVE, LOVE my pans.

To date...no stick. Wanted a good product that does not have teflon surface. Diamonds may in fact, be this girls best friend!

I owned one other large Woll fry pan, and was sold on them then. I bought the set as a gift to myself, it is the best one. Even the box it came in was a work of art, undestroyable and packed solid. The pans WORK, plain and simple. Clean up is a breeze, nothing sticks. You can use metal tools, but why not use the silicone ones you had for your old pans? Remember to use at a lower heat than you used to, they distribute heat so much better. The glass lids are sturdy, vent the steam off, and you can see what's cooking!! These are great pans, great price, you WILL LOVE them. One slight con, they are heavier than most pans I have bad wrists, but still, the pans are totally worth the weight!

If you are familiar with Swiss Diamond, this is a similar product. It is made in Germany and performs better than our Swiss Diamond products. I don't like to use teflon or other coatings because they scape off and I don't want to ingest that sfuff, so that's why I like this technology. The pan heats very evenly and browning is easy. I wish the sides were higher on this one, like on the 11 inch pan I bought, but I've managed. Having the lid is a nice feature. They claim you can put it in the dishwasher, but I don't take those chances with expensive pans.

Ostensibly expensive, this German non-stick frying pan is actually a good value since it performs so much better than cheap pans. I cook eggs every morning of my life and this pan is now my favorite earthly possession. Though its non-stick finish is approved for metal utensils I never need a spatula. The food always slides off the pan onto my plate. Cleanup takes a fraction of the time it used to since nothing sticks to the pan inside or out. After two weeks of daily use there is no evident wear. I expect it to last for many years and it's a pleasure to cook with it every time. I've never before written a product review but this item is special.

I have searched for a frypan that will live up to the hype and warranty. This is the first pan I have ever actually been happy with weeks or months later. I purchased the small pan a year ago and afyer one year of use decided without hesitation tonpuchase the next two larger sizes. This pan is the first pan to achieve my high expectations and is as perfectly new today as the first use. I highly reccomend this pan and the others to all buyers looking and wondering if its worth the money. To you I say absolutely, by the pans now and you will not be dissappointed at the quality or how wonderfully even it cooks and how simply it cleans or how absolutely perfect the non stick is even after the first 400 plus uses. Happy cooking to you all
