It's a beautiful set to look at and wonderful to cook with; I'm glad I waited and didn't buy a standard, and often overrated cookware set at the department stores

I purchased these pots and was disappointed with the amount of pampering required for copper pots. I put them in the dishwasher and have all the horrible spots on the. The handle stays cool while the lid gets hot. I guess I just expected more.
