These are the best cookware for the price. With the lifetime limited warranty, you can't go wrong! I love Anolon, one of the better brands, blows Calphalon out of the water.

I needed to replace some Calphalon that I've had for years and years, and was in a quandary about what to purchase. I thought this set was a great price. My only concern was that I wanted something that felt a bit heavy, and I was NOT disappointed when this arrived. It has a nice weight and feel to it and I am VERY happy with my purchase.

Bought to replace or old Calphalon set. I looked for this set online after purchasing a similar set at ***** for our second home. Great product and it cleans up well too. Nice that it is dishwasher safe - although we typically wash our cookware by hand.

We did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this set of cookware. I will say that the other reviewers are right - you have to learn to cook with these. Once you do, they are wonderful!!! The key is to heat the pan first, then add your appropriate oil and then TRUST the pan. This was the hardest part for us but when you do, the results are fantastic.

This cookware is by far that best cookware on the market today. Evenly dispenses heat, easy cleanup, I will not use any other cookware. Well worth the $$.

I own a lot of Calphalon cookware. I wanted a second pot that was 7 Qts. Did not want to spend alot of money. I used this for the first time to make some homemade sauce with meatballs & sausage. The pot is not heavy like my other cookware, but it cooked perfectly. Nothing got stuck or burned on and clean up was a breeze. Great addition to any pot set.

I absolutely love these. I spent a lot of time online comparing cookware sets. I looked into calphalon and swiss diamond and so many more but decided to go with these because of the reviews and the price. I couldn't be happier. No matter what I cook on them it comes right off in the sink. And they are dishwasher safe which is a big plus for me.

I bought this set to replace Calphalon that we got as a wedding present and I couldn't be happier. Everything goes through the dishwasher without any problems; the set still looks new several months later!

Had a Calphalon hard anondized set that was very expensive, but was way too heavy for me to deal with. Bought this set as I knew it would be lighter. Wish there were a bigger fry or wok type pan available, and more sizes of saucepans available for purchase as open stock pieces.

I hate to write reviews, so the fact that I am taking the time to write this really says something. Cooking is my passion, and I have a LOT of nice cookware. That being said, this skillet is one of the most amazing pans I have ever used. It is hefty, deep, and VERY wide. I can saute several large boneless chicken breast in this at once, and it is deep enough to hold sauce if you are simmering, and big enough to prepare a large stir-fry. It is also great that it comes with a lid. The quality is better than the Calphalon that I own. I cannot say enough good things about this skilet!!

I finally retired a set of Farberware I had since college. I was considering Calphalon until I saw this set. Price was a factor, thus my decision to go with this Cuisanart set. While Calphalon is also a great product I couldn't be more pleased than I am with Cuisanart. They heat evenly and even melted cheese slides off the non-stick surface. They do cook at a higher temp......I massacred a couple things as I experimented. Meduim high to high with my old set is now medium with the Cuisinart set and butter or oil is only needed if you desire it for flavor. I was hesitant at first because they require handwashing.....but clean-up is effortless.....a quick swipe with a soapy dishcloth and you're done......no big deal. Alas I say good-bye to the old faithful Farberware set.......it's going on *** today.

I purchased this pan because I was tired of my Calphalon "non-stick" pan that food consistently stuck to. I've used it for around a month now and am very pleased. I've experienced no sticking issues (even when I burn something) and it's easy to clean both in the sink, and if you put it in the dishwasher.

The oven safe handle is really impressive. Comfy and soft. The pan has a heavier weight than the Calphalons that I'm used to. The non-stick wraps to the exterior of the pan so cleanup is effortless. I haven't noticed any flavours imparted by the non-stick and nobody has had an adverse reaction to it. My bird hasn't died from the fumes (yet?) but I keep an exterior-venting fan on while cooking.

I own four other pieces in this line and love the even heat distribution and ease of clean-up. They are also very good looking. I've had the other pieces for a few months and am very pleased, but I wouldn't expect to have problems with the finish this early. I did purchase another Calphalon utensil locally which broke in 3 days and I emailed them and the company replaced it within 5 days. SO, their customer service is GREAT!! For that reason alone I will continue to purchase more pieces in this line. As usual, OVERSTOCK prices can't be beat!

Great pan. Extremely sturdy and can handle a large turkey with no problems.

This is a great looking roaster. Light weight, but sturdy. Will use on Thanksgiving. The only concern I may have is that the bottom of the pan bumps up a bit. I don't know if that will affect making the gravy from the drippings. I researched roasters before making a purchase and this is a really really good buy. Happy holidays!

The pans cook evenly and they clean up very easily. They do require a spacious storage area, it is recommended not to store them nested inside each other.

I haven't used this pan yet, but I have other "Unison" pans by Caphalon and they are great, that is why I ordered this grill pan. The price is good too.
