I have never owned Cuisinart stainless steel cookware before. The quality in both construction and design is excellent. I was able to cook food at lower temperatures compared to other brands. The handles and lids stayed cool during cooking. Cookware was very easy to wash. Adding a little vinegar after washing keeps the inside of the cookware shiny and new. I am very pleased.!

I bought this set for my husband for Christmas who loves to cook. It is a great quality cookware set. Because of the way it is made it takes less time to cook while cooking at lower temperatures. Keep that in mind while using this set, as you might end up over cooking your food. I would highly recommend this set to anyone. Please note: it is not dishwasher safe!

This is a beautiful set, and cooks very evenly. I like the solid metal handles. Why is there no cookware available with all metal lids anymore? These glass lids seem somewhat fragile for the small advantage of being able to see the food while you are cooking it.

I bought this set of cookware for my daughter. She is very pleased wit the quality. She says that the food cooks more quickly than her old pans due to more effective hit distribution. She also says that clean up is a breeze and overall, she is thrilled with the cookware.

I am so pleased with my cookware set. Even cooking and easy cleanup. I really like the glass lids to be able to check on the cooking process without losing any heat by lifting the lid to check on food being cooked. Clean up is a breeze.

I love this cookware set! It truly is NONSTICK. I've cooked a lot of messy stuff in it that used to stick and harden to my old pots & pans set - but not these ones! everything comes off super easily! and food is cooked perfectly and doesn't end up burnt. I was between this set and a rachel ray set. My mom who has owned both sets said to go with the Paula Deen! I'm so glad to have these. I wish however that instead of coming with 8 & 10inch pans they came with the 9 & 11inch - however to buy those seperately is pretty affordable! i'm also glad it includes the deep pan, which is a great value! The color is beautiful since I wanted something to match my green dish set and the pear color is gorgeous! I was so glad to find these at a great price on overstock!

after using the same cookware for over 35 years I was ready for an upgrade in pots. These pots are wonderful and hopefully the last set I'll purchase. They are evenly weighted and heavy but, not cumbersome. The glass lids are a plus and cooking is very even with no stuck on foods to deal with. The lids have great handles that resist heat. Clean up is a pleasure....I'm thrilled!!

I used my Blackstar stainless steel cookware set on the first day of its arrival. Doesn't require high heat to cook foods...Actually, I use low heat, and the foods don't have to cook longer than usual. Cookware is easy to clean. For the cost, this cookware is very good quality.

I like my new stainless steal pots and pans, they conduct the heat evenly with low heat. Water boils quicker, and foods cook evenly. It is a beautiful set of cookware for the price.

I love cooking with my new stainless steal cookware. Food cooks more evenly and the cleanup is outstanding. I find myself cooking at a lower temp. to avoid burning my food and my friends get excited when they see me cooking on my new set. The price was great for a 17 piece set with no fill in's like whisks etc. Great job O.com

I have enjoyed using Farberware Millennium Nonstick Aluminum 12-piece Red Cookware Set - it has proven to be an excellent product. The handles are cool to the touch when cooking so there is no worry about being burned. The size of all the pots and pans are ideal for cooking either small or larger portions of food. I would highly reccomment this product to anyone looking for a nice cookware set.

Just lifting the box, when this set arrived, was the first indication of the quality of this cookware. This set is very heavy weight, with high quality construction. The set heats and cooks food so evenly and with great consistency. On an aesthetic level, this cookware is very nice looking. Professional quality set for sure!

Read the product reviews before purchasing and feel that I got a great deal! Cookware looks nice and less food sticks in these pans than did my non-stick cookware. I use them on an induction cook top and was concerned that there might be humming, but these are solid and there is no humming with this set. Very happy thus far, just wish I had a few more pieces.

Whether you're frying eggs or making a gourmet meal, you need a quality skillet to cook with. Some of the most frequently used cookware items, skillets, also known as fry pans, are made of various metals, with or without nonstick coatings. You can also buy an electric skillet to cook breakfast or dinner foods quickly. With the many skillet options available, you may be unsure of the right pans to buy. This guide will provide you with tips on buying the best skillet for your kitchen.
Stainless steel frying pans are frequently used by professional chefs and serious cooks at home. Unlike cast-iron fry pans, stainless steel fry pans do not need to be seasoned before use; and unlike nonstick fry pans, you will need to use oil to avoid food sticking to the surface of your stainless steel fry pan and even then, some food will still stick. While these facts might seem like disadvantages, they're actually the reasons why many cooks prefer to use stainless steel fry pans. High-quality stainless steel cookware may not be the best for cooking things like eggs, but for the most flavorful searing of fish, meat and vegetables, stainless steel fry pans are unrivaled. The following steps will teach you how break in your stainless steel fry pan before each use.
You love your nonstick cookware, so take good care of it. Nonstick cookware has a special coating that can make your cooking healthier by reducing the amount of fat and oil you need to use in your cooking. A nonstick coating also makes it easier to clean your pots and pans, but improper care can ruin the nonstick coating, which causes foods to stick, makes cleaning more difficult and reduces the lifespan of your cookware. The following tips will help you care for your nonstick pans and keep them working like new. By properly caring for your nonstick cookware after each use, you can be assured it will last a long time and remain in good condition.
Many containers and dishes are considered microwave safe; however, if you use the wrong container or dish, you could ruin both the dinnerware and the dinner. Microwaves are convenient and simple to use appliances, but there are a few precautions you should know about when it comes to your dishes. There are two ways to determine if a container is microwave oven safe. Both are simple but sure methods. Microwave-safe dishes can be used to both cook and store food. Non-microwave safe containers can only be used for storage or serving.
The right cookware can make working in the kitchen a real joy. It's all about the metal, because that is the vehicle that delivers heat to food. Before you shop for cookware, consider the different types of metals and their benefits.
To get the best results from your cookware, it's important to know which cookware will work best with your electric cooktop. While all pots and pans can be used with an electric stove, different cookware works better with different surfaces. Electric cooktops range from the conventional metal-coil burner to glass-top halogen units, radiant heat burners and induction stove tops that use electromagnetic energy to heat food. To learn which type of cookware will work best with your electric range, keep reading.
For chefs with strong opinions and a no-nonsense approach to cooking, stainless steel cookware is a popular choice. Prized for its resistance to staining, odors, and the transference of flavors, stainless steel cookware is a sound choice for any kitchen. It does require some special care, however, if you want to make the most of your pots and pans.
Enjoying a delicious meal around the campfire is a wonderful way to bond with loved ones or reflect on your amazing survival skills and the wonder of nature. To keep your camping trips simple and your camping gear collection inexpensive, consider camp cooking without a camp stove. Many bonfire lovers bring wire hangers to straighten out and use, but as a savvy camper and a smart shopper of camping supplies, you know you can find a better way. To make perfect hot dogs, juicy casseroles and award-winning cobblers as part of your camp cooking, look for handy camping equipment and camping supplies.
One of the most versatile pieces of cookware for any kitchen is the skillet, also known as a fry pan. The types vary in cost, materials, and ease of cleanup. While plenty of skillet choices exist, selecting the one that best suits your needs will help make every dish a success.
Bakeware has come a long way over the past few years. Metal and glass have given up their spots as the state-of-the-art of baking in lieu of more temperature-stable silicone bakeware. Silicone bakeware is nonstick, flexible, and cooks very evenly, and it does it all using less oil, butter and shortening.

When you are short on space, storage and organization are vital. This statement is especially true when it comes to your kitchen. Keeping this area free from clutter and designating appropriate places for all your cooking supplies will help you maintain an efficient workspace that is easy to use and easy to clean every day. There are many tips you can use to make the most of a small kitchen.
They say the kitchen is the heart of a home, but in many homes, it's also the biggest source of energy waste. Kitchen lighting, refrigeration and cooking consume about 41.5 percent of the total home energy use; add space heating, cooling, and water heating to that total, and you'll see your kitchen is quite the energy hog. Creating an eco-friendly kitchen includes your choice of appliances, but it also goes beyond that; the floors, paint, pots and pans, and other kitchen items you use can make your kitchen eco-friendly as well.
