This saute pan includes Impact Bonding technology, which is an advanced method to apply an aluminum disc to the bottom of cookware. Under huge impact pressure, the aluminum disc is heated and spread to the outside edge of the pan, creating a secure bonding to bottom of the cookware. Heat distribution is very even, preventing a hot spot in the bottom area.
