I have used this cookware for over a year and it cooks great. Fast and even heating. I have a gas range. I never put it in the dishwasher. I use Bar Keepers Friend (soft cleanser) to keep it as new on the inside if it Is needed. Only negative is there is not a lot of variety in sizes -- even on the mfgr web site.Read More
