This is my second multi-functioning fryer/cooker. I loved my first so much I wanted another. The only issue I had with my previous one was the teflon wore off around the heating element due to browning meat at high heat prior to roasting or slow cooking. I have not tried it with this one since I want it to last. It has room to roast a chicken or medium beef roast. I can deep fry and slow cook in the same pan so it saves a lot of space in a small kitchen. I'd recommend it to anyone who like to slow cook or like electric frying pans.

Great little cooker! I have only used this once but it worked very well! I took it camping with me and I used it to fry and saute. It heats up fast and keeps the food warm. I would recommend it to anyone that wants simplicity and quality in one appliance. Just make sure you don't use metal utensils because it will definitely scratch the non-stick surface.
