    Let me begin by saying the Overstock Customer Service is phenomenal! I bought this beautiful set and within 45 days the red on the most used pot began wearing away. I contacted CS, and through their extreme diligence with the manufacturer, were able to secure and send a replacement. I am EXTREMELY careful with use; always low-medium heat, always hand wash. And the red is wearing off again. I don't have the heart to contact Overstock again. I'm guessing that it is simply a matter of "you get what you pay for". But the set is wonderful to cook with and except for the color issue, I love the product(s).
